posted a message on Would you pay to have a cape on your minecraft player??? ~IDEA
A cool idea from the first look, but really, this would be the fist step to senseless microtransactions. Once Microsoft sees that the playerbase is willing to spend money on this kind of thing, it won't take long before paid DLC is available.

"Leather" is the skin of animals, usually cows. I honestly don't think extracting dead skin from decaying meat is a good idea.

posted a message on How The Eula Should Really be
So what? Kids will still be stealing their parent's credit cards, and overpaying for pixels. Now, everything will be $99.99 instead. I'm personally very happy that the EULA is changing, because I won't be pushed around by server VIPs anymore.

This is the best thing EVER to happen to all minecraft-kind :D

For now at least. Mod API should be around the corner, and after that the forum is going to crash due to all the new posts praising it.

As for the rabbits, all those vague and redundant posts in Suggestions finally made a difference. I'm also interested in how taming rabbits will work, because Ryan Holtz said that you'll be able to do that.

posted a message on [Feedback] Forum Icon Redesign- Part 2
As I said in this thread a couple months ago, the forum icons are an eyesore to look at (and many others can agree). They make sense, but can be further improved, to incorporate the idea of using a relatable Minecraft block in the background as seen in the current Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube Icons. Using the same concepts I created in that thread (which are now being used), I created some redesigns for the Thread, Pinned, and Lock icon (yes I know the icons were recently changed, but we can improve them once more):

    Thread- (grass block)

Pinned/Sticky- (slime block, makes perfect sense)

    Lock- (bedrock block)

Due to my limited knowledge of Photoshop, I couldn't figure out how to un-pixelate the pictures in the middle. I know the forum design team can handle that, as they demonstrated in the Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube Icons.

posted a message on [Feedback] Forum Icon Redesign - With Concepts
I and many others dislike the new forum icons, because they stray away from the old ones that everyone can relate to. So, I whipped up some concepts of what they could be changed to.

These new ones still incorporate the picture in the middle, but it is more pixelated with a relatable Minecraft block for the background. Here are the redesigns for the Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube icons-

    Twitter- (diamond block)

    Facebook- (lapis block)

    YouTube- (redstone block)

This idea can be taken even further, redesigning the pinned, thread, and lock icons.

Whoever this "thebansic" is you should stop listening to them.
Agreed. Don't let others teach you, instead have the rules do the same.
