A little while ago, I asked for a host that had MineOS. I got very few replies from companies that had it, so I've decided to change up my request. I would like a VPS (1-2GB, possibly more in the future) for a reasonable price (Hopefully less than $4 per GB, if possible).
For the program installed, I would like PufferPanel, which is a free alternative to MultiCraft. I'm not knowledgeable with Linux servers, so I'd be lost setting it up.

Is there any particular reason that you're after a VPS and not shared hosting? I presume you're after PufferPanel as there's no cost involved in running it. Which type of server are you looking to host? We may be able to look at setting up PufferPanel on one of our servers if need be. Alternatively, we can definitely look at hosting you on Multicraft on shared hosting which will be much more cost effective for you.
Tested the server, out! It gives me a poor ping. Or is this just my connection? I have 5Mbps connection.

Did you try connecting to the server? It's loaded with a heap of plugins and Spigot so that you can get a feel for what hosting with us with some load feels like (instead of a Vanilla server). Command Prompt will also be the best way to check your ping as SirJake mentioned.
