It should be:
public static final Item yourShovel = (new ItemSpade(202, EnumToolMaterial.MATERIALNAME)).setItemName("yourShovel");
In java that means that you are creating a new variable, which can be called whatever you want. The new ItemSpade is the reference to the class ItemSpade, and that was where the problem was.
thats what i meant i accidentily changed the wrong shovel... i feel stupid now...

the above line of code for creating a new tool set is wrong it should be:
public static final Item yourSpade = new ItemShovel(202, EnumToolMaterial.MATERIALNAME).setItemName("yourShovel");
