posted a message on What Do You Want Me To Build?

    Hi there! It's me Jelle!

I also have a few suggestions for you! Here is a small list of things I would love to see you try and make:

    - A banana riding a bicycle, wearing a sombrero.

    - A small traders ship/boat (rather medieval, but modern would be cool aswell).

    - A war field where one side is water and the other side is fire (sides are fighting each other with water blasts and fire cannons).

    - A peanut with arms and leg, reading a book.

These are a few things I came up with. If you ever get done making these let me know and I'll see if I can come up with anymore suggestions!

Goodluck and mostly have fun with your buildings!
    Greetings,

    Jelle

posted a message on Creative Project

    Hi there!

For what I am readin so far this is making me really want to download the map when it is uploaded. It sounds really cool is what I'm trying to say.

But I see you need ideas for the 4th island? Well here are some I came up with:

    Ideas 4th island:

    - An ocean themed one with like big coral and things like that.

    - A farm island, with things as a barn and such a big water tank, but also with farms ofcourse.

    - An custom end city island. With custom buildings and such, but End themed.

These are some options I've been able to come up with. Hope they are of any use!

posted a message on Snow problem - 1.12

    Hi there!
I also had problems with this 'snow problem'. What I did to fix it was making a 1 block layer roof of glass all the way up so that the snow wouldn't come all the way down and you still would have the sunlight bc the glass is transparant.

Hope this could be of any help!

posted a message on I need ideas!

    Hi there!

First of all what did you made on your first plot? So any of the people reacting to this won't come up with the thing you already have.

Here I have a few ideas that you could try to make on the plots:

    - Maybe try to make a port. With different size boats, little market place and cranes and stuff. Either medieval or modern style.

    - How about a custom forest? With different size trees, custom made. Little bushes laying around. Maybe even some small shelters in the woods.

    - A typical medieval style village could also work out very well. Make the buildings a village need, curch, bakery, pub and the other things. Add a lot of nature in and around the town for extra details. Farms all over the place, you know what I mean right?

    - A custom made mountain. Make a big mountain with snow on the top, stone below, dirt and on the bottom add sand and water around it to make it seem like a old vulcano that is inactive in the middle of the sea.

    - And at last make some sort of chinese, old japanese style village or house. Curvy roof sides, the different points going into the air, idk if you know what I mean but you can always look it up.

This is all I'm able to come up with for now. Hope any of this is of any use and if you need more advise let me know ;)

posted a message on Ancient city of Lakandahar (I need some advices)

    Hi there!
You could try to add a bit more nature to the city, such as:

    - Small bushes every now and here

    - Since its a ancient story maybe leaves on top of houses and buildings hanging down

    - Little gardens or something like this

Also what The_block8 mentioned. Add some market places, which you can detail on their own by adding different things, such as:

    - Little packs of blocks near and on top of each other. Haybales, workbenches with flower pots, furnaces and chests, and so on

    - Ofcourse the market stalls itself. Which you can also detail by adding banners and such hanging down.

    - Little fences with horses or pigs in them, which are for sale

    - Different kind of roads between the market stalls such as a more old and muddy looking paths.

Thats all I am able to come up with for now, hope it is of any use!

posted a message on Current singleplayer project!

    Hi there!
This are some images of my current 1.12 singleplayer project. It isn't finished yet since the inside still has to be done and need more trees.

But either way I'm looking for a good name for the town. It has to be somewhat dark-ish. Hoping to see if anybody can give some feedback on the build and if you guys have any names I could give it. ATM I'm calling it Dragscor, idk why tbh. Couldn't get up with anything good.

    Cya later!

posted a message on I may need a little help...

    Hi man!

Saw you lost inspiration? Well lets see if I can help you out ;).

Okay so here are some things that could really help the vibe the village is giving out:

    - Add custom trees. And than don't do just oak leaves or just spruce but mix them up a little.

    - Same goes for small custom bushes in and around the village.

    - You could try to use custom skulls. Like inside the bushes you could place down rosebushleaves skulls to give them a different look (just one of many examples)

    - Also you could make a path way down the clif side all the way to the water so you can add little same style boats and such.

    - If you do the path way you can also make houses inside the clif or just alot of different custom caves which all have their own personalitly.

    - You also could make some more buildings around the village which all have different uses, such as stables, a farm house, and so on.

This kinda is all I'm able to come up with for now. Hoping you can do something with his!

posted a message on Tips on building good looking roads?

    Hi there!
Are you looking for the modern type of roads in cities? Or the old medieval ones you would come across in villagers?

Just some tips I use to improve my roads:

    Modern:

    - Add a sidewalk

    - Try working with different blocks than always black, such as gray with white lines or pink with white lines. The use of different colors can make a big difference

    - Add modern streetlights at the sides or at the middle of the road.

    - You could place iron bars at the sides to act as a guardrail

    Medieval:

    - Mixture different blocks in one road, some different blocks I like to use are: Gravel, Cobblestone, (stairs - slabs) and Andesite or the Path blocks, Podzol and Coarse dirt

    - Like said in the tip before mix in some stairs and slabs to make it look like the path is old and cracking a bit.

    - Add medieval streetlights every now and than.

    - Don't let it go straight, make it go from the right to the left. As long as it curves alot.

    - If you are making a town that has been overgrown add some leaves on the sides of the road every now and then).

This were the things I could come up with for now. Hoping they are helpful!

posted a message on Castle Town

    Hi man!

I really liked the outside wall, but then when you went to the inside I personally tought it was kind of empty. You should try to add more decorations such as custom trees and or just a bunch of blocks as craftingtables, chests and furnaces at each other or like little packs of haybales lying around. And just some extra nature.
I would say if you manage to do that it would get a whole different look!

posted a message on Creative plots....

Everyone likes to join RP with themes as town and city. But if you really want people to be interest do something totally different. If you come up with some magistic RP or just a medieval one people could become very hyped for it because not many people do such things!
