To get by this, you could use repeating command blocks, and scoreboard objectives.

    A. I was making a suggestion not asking for redstone help (but thanks anyway).
    B. Many people (me included) have no idea what "scroreboard objectives" are and if you're making something without command blocks for one reason or another this would come in handy.

posted a message on I need to test if a player holds/right-clicks with a block

You can detect players holding a block and give them speed:

    /give @p minecraft:stone 1 0 {AttributeModifiers:[{AttributeName:"generic.movementSpeed",Name:"generic.movementSpeed",Amount:1,Operation:0,UUIDLeast:383472,UUIDMost:387564}]}

To give more speed increse the "Amount".

Even amount 1 if five times faster than I need, it needs to be equal to the speed 5 effect.

What if I want to name the block "Speed"? How would I do that?

I was building a server lobby (not for a server, just for fun) and I wanted to make it a little more fancy. I need the player to receive speed when holding a certain block and teleport when they right-click with another block, is this possible?

posted a message on Customizable Repeators

When making adventure-maps any time you want to have dialog you have to place a command block and then create a string of maxed-out repeaters and then another command block then more repeaters and so on. What if there were customizable repeaters a little like command blocks which would have a GUI in which you could specify not only the delay of the repeater but also how many blocks the output signal would travel.

Only the Bedrock edition can effectively run 64 chunks.

    What's "Bedrock edition"?

32 is already crazy and even if your computer can run it it still messes most people up unless you have always played it like that. And while 64 would be really cool it would be very impractical. I usually use 8-16 depending on what I'm doing, the only time I really even use 32 is when I'm in my space-ship world (a void world where I build random space-ships I invent).

I have noticed that most processors do not exceed about 4.5 GHz, is that the maximum number of GHz you can have in one processor? Also, how many processors can you pack together in one "clump" there are duo-cores and quad-cores but what about tri-cores, and hex-cores and such?

I could also do a village with each house it's own minigame, but I'd still need an environment/theme.

I'm trying to build a minigame server hub, not for an actual server more just for fun but I'm not sure what sort of theme I want, I thought of going old-school and having a open area surrounded by mountains, I also thought maybe I could do a space-ship or a castle or just a floating island, I like the idea of a huge version of a room rather like the Hide and Seek lobby on the Hive but I don't want to spend hours building huge walls. I want to be able to fit around 10 minigames and a parkour course.

If you use shaders and mods it sure does.

Depends on the mod(s) but yes, shaders are very demanding.

I'm sort of a newbie to minecraft

Still... i had this game eversince it was late summer

most people's buildings are way far better than mine

yeah this is a great game!

anyways so... the new 1.12.2 runs even more slower then the 1.12 version did

it's like they require a strong graphics card

I can hardly play the latest version because of how slow and laggy it is

i'm going to keep playing the old versions until i get a new pc

the most latest versions have high requirements

my computer only has medium requirements

On my old computer (2.00 GHz, 3 GB RAM) I could only play 1.7.10 and older although I was able to do some modding but it cost me, the computer's motherboard died from a heavy mod load (about 20 mods). My current computer is much better, the specs are posted on my profile page.
