    Good news about another 1.7.10 update in the pipeline and many thanks to Mithion for Ars Magica which is, to me, the best mod ever made for Minecraft. I'm really glad someone is taking it to 1.9 at some point, too. I just can't play without it any more. :)

    I notice the rusty door is a big 2x2 thing, which is very cool, so I was hoping a 1x1 rusty door might be added? It would fit better in the buildings I create. :)

    Whatever the game eventually is, I'll be buying it because I love Ars Magica in all its Minecraft incarnations - though my personal favourite is for Minecraft 1.6.4. :)

    I've tried Sneak which is how I get the signs to attach to the front of a chest when they're off the floor, but they don't attach to the front when the chest is actually sitting on the floor. Is this happening to anyone else?

    I'm a bit dim - how do I attach a sign to the front of a chest? If a chest is mounted on a wall, off the ground, it goes on the front, but if a chest is on the floor it puts the chest on top of the chest on a stick. I'd like all my chests to be labelled on the front. :)

    No "levels" as regards Altar construction. If you have the materials you can build it and use it.

    I am unsure if this is where i need to post. I have been trying to make this crafting altar work for 2 days. I have rebuilt 3 times. If anyone can please find what i did wrong and point it out to this blonde, it would be much appreciated. If i need to post somewhere else please just let me know. Thanks!

    If that's Glowstone you're using as your corner/floor block that stone isn't used in the 1.7.10 version of Ars Magica I'm using. Maybe that's the problem? If you mouse over the Altar schematic, at the top corners in your Book, it will tell you what Blocks you can use. It's things like Blocks (capital "B", comprising of 3 x 3) of Diamond, Coal, Iron, Moonstone, etc., and I think the only non-Block used (if memory serves) is the Glass block (small "b").

    I do have some suggestions for future updates. Maybe you could include an option to select which blocks are effected. That option would be extremely helpful with other mods that generate different blocks (such as mod ores).

    Handy for those of us that like to build in Stone rather than Cobblestone, but while it would be nice to have this feature I doubt it could be implemented. Any Stone that hasn't been mined would look out of place set against the rest of the terrain. I think MCEdit might replace Stone with Cobblestone in a selected area,

    Oh yes, I'll be using this! I like snowy worlds anyway, but it will add a nice touch to the game at this time of year. :)

    EDIT: This is a beautiful effect in snowy biomes, and I like how the snowflakes appear when you ESC to the menu screen. Very Christmassy!! Everyone should download this. :)
