Dec 29, 2011Allow me to formally apologize for my absence on the thread recently. I realize that this comes at a very bad time but I recently split up with the girl whom I was living with which leaves me currently without my computer. I should be getting it within the next few days giving me some time to get back on the pack. In the mean time I will follow the thread whenever I have access to a computer. Dec 13, 2011well folks, I apologize if I appear to be off to an inactive start. It has been during a challenging couple of days that I have had taken the pack back on. I cannot honestly say the next few will be phenomenally better, however within a week it should be easier. I have be allocating whatever time I can to the pack however. Things will get done, and Halph's updates are always an option as well, but I assure everyone it is on my mind and I do not intend to just forget about this pack.Posted in: Resource Packs

I am actively working on the lore at the moment. I have also been working on getting the official update up to speed. Halph's updates are also available and I am working to keep his sounds up to date on the OP. I will also be incorporating much of his work into the official pack, as I have with Croco's and much of Halph's already. Tonight I will be posting a bit more about the official update.

Dec 7, 2011Well, I am happy everyone is exited for the future of the pack, I am in the process of merging works from Halph's unofficial update, croco's WIP update, and my own additions and tweaks. Croco already answered this question, but yes, HalphPrice will be in charge of the Customizer. Also here is another small bit of what I have been working on. The portal blocks are Croco's handy work. Well History welcome back to the last days!
Thank you. It is good to be back. I want to state of the bat, that LAST DAYS will be 1.0.0 ready very soon. In addition to that, I have begun a process of revision and consolidation of old textures. As a preview to that here is a screen shot of the newest version of The Huggatron with a bit of iron ore in the background.
EDIT: Also, you may begin to prepare yourself for LORE! It may come in peices, but It will begin to be fleshed out very soon. There may be a few other surprising coming as well. But for the timing being, they will remain surprises

Hello everyone! I am history. I am sure a few of you have been playing LAST DAYS long enough to remember but for those of you who have not, I was the person to first start the pack up after it was left behind by Doku. I worked on LAST DAYS for a good number of months(creating much of the terrain, all of the old mobs, gui, etc) but had to give the pack up do to my business with Zombiecraft and life on the whole. When I left I asked Croco to take over the pack in order to keep it alive. He, along with Halphprice, has done wonderful work in doing so and I am very grateful for the both of them.
Recently I contacted Croco and after a brief back and forth he offered me the pack back. Soon, this thread will be coming back into my possession. HalphPrice and Croco will still both be indispensable contributors to the pack, and Halph will be running the Minecraft Customizor Page.
Finally, I want to give a HUGE thanks to both Croco and Halph for keeping this pack going and for their wonderful work.
I will be posting a preview of update 1.0.0 very soon. This includes work from me,croco, and halphprice's unofficial update.

Sorry for the delay. I have spoken with Croco of the overgrown texture pack and he is on board. I have a new sound person interested in taking over sound. Derek, Cooldown, and dan. I will think about exactly how to get things rolling with you three(I know there is a role to be filled) and contact you all individually tomorrow night.

Well most of the items were invisible from plasticraft, a few things that share some values with base objects appeared, such as plexiglass and plexiglass doors, but for the most part things were invisible. I am pretty sure i did the patching right, I mean i have used more advanced texture packs before. If i am correct this runs at 32x32 right, if that is the case i should be fine because my computer has handled 128x128
I have no idea why plasticraft wouldn't work. I have never installed the mod so I wouldn't really know. Unless plasticraft adds blocks or items to the existing terrain.png or items.png I can't see any reason for things to be invisible tho.

I really like this. If you don't mind I might mess around with it a little bit and incorporate it into the pack in place of the current leather armor. I will credit you of course.

Things have been getting away from me with LAST DAYS, but I have decided to proceed full force moving forward. I want to make this all that it can be but there is only so much I can do alone. I am going to be attempting to form a team which will include both long term and short term involvement with a variety of talents. In regards to immediate concerns, I will definitely be looking to get in touch with a modder or two as well as a sound engineer (although it may be covered) and in an ideal world.. some form of music composer.
much more may likely be needed, the details are something that needs to be figured out still. If you think you may have a skill which may be useful feel free to email me @ [email protected] or send me a message on here, and bump the thread while your at it for others that may be interested. It is time to breath some life back into LAST DAYS.
