I haven't forgotten, but I'm busy with other things at the moment.

I don't think it's possible to do that with a command, sorry.

Any way you could possibly add window frames for arches

A combined arch and window frame block isn't really possible at the moment, because it would require three textures on one block -- the arch, the frame and the glazing -- and AC currently only provides for two.

For the next version I'm thinking about turning AC into a multiblock system, which should make this kind of thing easier to do.

Real documentation! You get kudos for doing the right thing.

Thanks! I actually enjoy writing documentation -- when I've created what I think is a neat piece of software, I want to tell people about it! Sadly, I seem to be in a minority about that. :-(

I get client crashes with this mod: game v.1.10.2 - Thermal Dynamics machine placed next to architecturecraft round corner block, or in this case below when a roof block touches the corner piece of a beacon:

I finally found out what was causing this! There was a latent bug that only got triggered in rare circumstances. In this case it was tbe Builder's Wand trying to figure out whether it could place an AC block in a space occupied by a Beacon.

I've uploaded a new version (1.7.3) that should prevent this kind of thing from happening again.

I'm not afraid of running out. I am afraid of my adresses changing when I create a new Mystcraft Age.

    That shouldn't happen.

What if you have a mod like RF-Tools or Mystcraft in which you can create an unlimited number of dimensions at any given time.
    Would that be problematic?

Under the current scheme, it's not a problem unless you try to build gates in more than about 1200 dimensions (determined buy how many combinations you can get from the last two symbols). I'm hoping that will be a generous enough limit for most people.

Sadly the old addresses do not work, ... I updated my Advanced Rocketry mod that has multi-dimensions,

If you didn't update SG Craft itself, then the reason must be something else. If the dimension numbers of existing Advanced Rocketry dimensions changed somehow, that would account for it. If that's the case, you'll just have to update your addresses, sorry.

    That is indeed quite odd.
Maybe they switched from IPv4 to IPv6?

That's actually not far from the truth! See the Version 1.130 entry in the changelog here for an explanation:
    http://www.cosc.canterbury.ac.nz/greg.ewing/minecraft/mods/SGCraft/

And as HydrantHunter says, the old addresses should still work.

Yes of course. The first picture shows the issue.

    And what about shaders?

I meant, tell me the name of the texture. I think I've tried the one in your picture, but with Chisel having so many, it's hard to be sure.

Shaders are not currently supported, and at the moment I have no idea what it would take to make them work.

I think Vanilla Textures seem fine but the chisel Textures get mirrored and stretched weird.

Can anyone point out a specific Chisel texture? I've tried a few, and they seem all right to me.

Is this as known issue that textures behave weird? Quartz block don't look good at all. Chiseled and Vanilla ones.

Makes them too small and mirrors it sometimes. And is there a block to connect Railings that go from stairs to stairs?

I can't reproduce your texture problem. Which quartz block is that exactly with the diagonal striped texture? Also, what version of AC are you using?

The railing you're after for that space is a Banister Bottom Transition.

I don't think the tok'ra are in 1.7.10 i have never come across one and there was no spawn egg while setting up the area.

The Tok'ra are definitely in the 1.7 version, I just never added specific spawn eggs for them. If you spawn enough generic villagers you will get one eventually.

They were removed in the 1.8 version because Forge didn't provide any way of adding custom trades at the time. They were restored in the 1.10 version when Forge caught up.

would it be possible to make it possible to put things like doors and torches on flat tops of these blocks?

The quick and dirty way would be to just allow this on any side of any AC block.

I could make it more selective, but it would be tedious, since I'd have to go through every possible shape and decide which sides should allow attachment.

Would using the same world name always result in the same last digits, or does it go by something else (like level seed)?

No, it has nothing to do with the name or the seed. It depends on what order the gates are built in. If you start a new world, build one gate in the overworld and then one gate in the nether, you will get a particular set of dimension letters. But if you build the one in the nether first and then in the overworld, you will get a different set. This is probably why you were observing two possible addresses for your nether gate.
