Where might I be able to find a download for the 1.2.5 Halloween version? I want to play Tekkit, which is still back in 1.2.5, and I'm feeling in the Halloween spirit, so I wanted to use this fantastic texture pack.
I seem to get a 404 Dropbox error when I attempt to download the Block Distortion mod. Is there any reason for this or is dropbox just down briefly? I looked in the dropbox index and the file was not in there. Where can I find it?
Maybe you're not using the right version of the RenderPlayerAPI? There's one compiled for Forge and it's a .jar file that you place in the "mods" folder. I'm experiencing no issues.
Thanks for fixing this, Zaggy. The mod works great now. I saw that the installation instructions changed since last night on the original post.
For people using Forge, the install process is dead simple:
- Place the RenderPlayerAPI jar in your mods folder
- Place the Improved First Person jar in your mods folder
- Done. No core mods or patching to screw around with.
Ok, I see, I was trying to install it by putting the files into the jar because I had the wrong version. Thanks mate.
Is Render Player API still needed? I've just tested, and when I have Render API I crash and when I don't I crash.

Why?: Me and my friend were trying to make a server however I experienced intense lag in game when running it so I decided to look for a small server to play on. This is the first one that came up.
Stuff you should know: I have much experience with most of the mods, and mainly would like to be teaching my friend things about it. I often build large contraptions.
What I want to do: Build a castle, likely, teach my friend some stuff, make cool machines and contraptions.
