    This is truly masterful work. Thank you for a truly unique mod, so excited for where this mod will go. So far I've experienced no issue running it. I just added it to my unstable 1.10.2 pack. I've managed to build the carpenters house and received my first lot of seeds, I am so excited to continue playing and that is just what I am going to do now. :)

    There is a chance that the 1.10 version will already work in 1.10.2 but I guess only DrZhark can confirm this or we wait until it's released and test ourselves.

    The only issue I've noticed with fish is they sometimes appear to be floating slightly above the water. Usually it seems to be the medium fish that derp. I may have seen some take damage but they were usually close to the land and I just assumed they got stuck slightly on land and therefore could not breathe? I personally have not seen submerged fish randomly take damage.

    I thought it was still undecided? I don't think DrZhark has actually confirmed that?

    The last we heard in regards to porting was this. No actual confirmation that 1.7.10 will be first.


    I started working on the 1.9.4 update last night. There were many changes to Minecraft in 1.9 so it will take a while to port it. I have about 2500 errors left to fix (I'm not exaggerating). However plenty of times many issues are fixed at once.

    Perhaps I'll work on 1.7.10 first as it may be faster than 1.9.4

    what do you guys think?

    Hmm not sure if anyone else is experiencing a bug with the mini golem blocks that it's thrown remaining an entity? I have had it happen a couple of times, once was coal ore and another time it was stone. I cannot even break the blocks in creative. They are just stuck as an entity.

    Wow thank you, not only are you actively porting to different versions, you're also adding new content and bug fixing, you're amazing. Speaking of porting, have you come to a decision on which version you'll be working on first?

    I have to disagree, versions above 1.9 will take a lot to be done, DrZhark said that he found more than 2000 errors, people that play in 1.7.10 can not wait that long

    2000 errors for 1.8 to 1.9 but from 1.9 all the way up to 1.10.2 it should be relatively easy. If you port to 1.9 it opens up 3 different versions to port to. Going back to 1.7.10 does not. Like I said that's just my opinion. I would prefer a 1.10 version but I'm actually enjoying playing a 1.8.9 mod pack I made specially for this update.

    I have to agree with whats being said above although there are a lot of changes from 1.8 to 1.9 there is so little difference between 1.9.4/1.10/1.10.2 it should be relatively easy to port to the latest minecraft version which is pretty rare. Forgecraft recently went from 1.9.4 to 1.10 with no world reset. Even ftb unstable was able to update from 1.9.4 to 1.10 and then 1.10.2 without a world reset. It should speak for how little difference there is between the versions. And as I mentioned before some 1.9.4 versions work in 1.10 so you maybe able to release a mod that works for all 3 version with little effort.

    Honestly imo the world is moving on from 1.7.10, I understand if you want to support it, but I really think you should port to 1.9/1.10 first.

    I just wanted to come back and say, I've been playing for a few hours and although I haven't done much. The mod is running very smoothly, I have seen quite a few fish spawn which is great to see. The big cats are truly beautiful, the babies are also super adorable. I was also able to spot what I think to be my first white lion, although I am no where near being able to do anything with it. In general I am so happy to be playing with your wonderful mod. I'll be sure to report any bugs I come across, but I am just so happy to have such a lively world in 1.8.9.
