    What are you using to run the server? It may be that the server config is interfering with the Command Blocks.

    Hey, I a having trouble with Titan's Revolt. I am at the black terracotta tunnel, and there is nothing there. I think the download in the thread is broken. I am using version 1.12.2. Is my Minecraft version causing these issues?


    Yes, you need to use a 1.8.9 version of Minecraft, as noted above the download!

    Really enjoying Titan's Revolt beta!


    I have found a bug with Intersection 2/Yellow wool though:


    Just beyond the box for Chirp music disk, under Intersection 2, activates the final boss for the yellow wool. When i first activated it, it said something like "Do you think you could get the yellow wool so easily?" After that happened, the boss randomly appeared around the witch hut area in the middle of Intersection 2. I killed her, and when returning to farm up the spawners around Chirp, I kept getting spammed with the death message every so often.

    I just finished the Yellow Wool area, the boss never spawned but I was able to collect the wool fine.


    Progress and thoughts so far on map:


    Pretty damn rusty with CTM maps and 1.8 combat, up to 8 deaths now. 1 death per each of the first 4 wools, 1 death getting shot off Intersection 2 by punch bow skele spawner, 3 deaths clearing the Chirp area above.

    I am enjoying the map a lot though!

    Gear and supplies are spaced nicely, though unsure about a few things:
    There's no trapped max passive mobs cap at spawn, so animals are constantly spawning everywhere where there's grass + sunlight. I have a large cow farm at the monument. Is this intentional?

    Chirp area has been by far the hardest area so far, however the OP monsters are farmable. Currently have 4 skele + 4 wither skele + 2 zombie spawners as a mob farm that drop:

    -Sharp 1 Unbreaking 2 iron sword

    -Prot 2 Unbreaking 2 gold chest

    -Prot 1 unbreaking 2 chain chest

    Pretty commonly as well with Scythe of Cronus (+7 attack and looting 1 hoe, from music disk reward).

    Also infinite arrows and Zombie flesh + bones which can be traded for steak at Intersection 2 villager.

    As a comparison, the best gear I've found so far is Sharp 2 stone sword, prot 2 leather armour. Not sure if you want to make the Chirp area easier + less farmable?

    Also, Yellow wool could also be a bit harder, I found it to be the easiest area so far.

    Update for Scarcity is out! Huge thanks to Ty for taking the time to update this beast!


    Changelog:


    1. Edited spawn in general.


    2. Gave the player saturation and mining fatigue at spawn.

    3. Added another spawner to white.

    4. Added iron bars around the white wool chest.

    5. Relocated the shield in white.

    6. Redid awkward tunnel transition from white to orange.

    7. Removed a spawner that seemed to always cause creeper spam in orange.

    8. Moved hidden creeper spawners in orange a tad.

    9. Added/Removed oddly placed or missing buttons in coal area.

    10. Added a sign pointing the player towards the path leading to magenta in coal area. (most players discover light blue entrance first)

    11. Removed missing armor value boots in coal area.

    12. Replaced some spawners in coal to have higher playerrange and also buffed them.

    13. Replaced black wool spawner marker in magenta with a spawner.

    14. Removed all stone in magenta.

    15. Added a few more spawners in yellow.

    16. Removed command blocks under cobble area.

    17. Rearranged a spawner in lime.

    18. Replaced the extra prismarine room in pink with a terracotta storage room.

    19. Removed bony flesh book from pink.

    20. Added a few more blaze spawners to gray.

    21. Added another trap to gray.

    22. Replaced more spawners in light gray and I swear if they don't work this third time I will butcher someone's family.

    23. Added more spawners in light gray too and if these break...

    24. Hopefully stood by spawners long enough so that they're primed in light gray, but if they aren't I...

    25. pls work spawners

    26. Removed sharp-edged hoe from light gray.

    27. Removed The bouncy house

    28. Added a spawner to start of both cyan and purple wools.

    29. Removed all iron in chests from cyan and purple wools.

    30. Added customized silverfish spawners to purple.

    31. Fixed trap in purple.

    32. Added more charged creeper spawners in blue's underwater portion. (Hopefully these suckers can be used strategically to kill guardians)

    33. Removed blue wool that was meant to be a spawner.

    34. Added a sign noting the teleport between blue wool and iron resource area.

    35. Hopefully fixed the issue with messages in brown reappearing.

    36. Redid the final room in red wool to hopefully prevent people from cheesing it like TJ did <3

    37. Removed the evoker spawners in black wool.

    38. Placed spawner in black where there was meant to be one.

    Haven't checked the forums in months, and when I do there's a new map released.
    Just finished downloading it, can't wait to start!


    Edit:

    First area has to many named items thus making 2nd area inventory management simulator.

    Rage quit for now:


    Second and third area has way to many hidden creeper spawners in the ceiling.

    eg: Area completely lit up, hung out in it for close to 5mins, mining coal, creeper drops from a very hidden tube in ceiling and due to shorter fuse from fall damage instantly explodes. Not exactly fun, especially that early and that constantly.


    I'll make sure to pass this on to the Team Leads to see what they say. Unfortunately I ended up being mostly uninvolved with this one due to work commitments, but as the thread host I'll be upkeeping what I can!

    Uh, sure! We've been adjusting the lineup of map makers pretty significantly since the last go around. The project is currently being lead by myself and LULZ180. The map features areas created by:

    Kaladun, Mistagrinch, McWeaksauce, Fangride, TheXhen, Krose, Blade933, bRanN, The_Sketch, Ragirk, TikaroHD, Tachneide, Browneye, ElRichMC, KillerCreeper33, Draco_Rogue, Drago, Xethyros, Rockenroll4life, Csillagvihar, and WallcraftMC.

    It's nearly ready for a closed beta around, and once that's complete we'll come out with an open beta release date. Make sure to join the CTM Community Discord (http://discord.gg/DQc9k9a) to stay up to date with those announcements.
