I dunno if it helps but everything loads fine and whatnot when I add my plethora of regular mods back to the game.
The interesting thing though is that none of the recipes appear even with the CraftGuide mod.
All of the items work fine if I get 'em through creative though so there aren't any other bugs I can find.
    I hope this helps. :D

Welp, that hits my pride pretty hard.
I knew there would be some obvious thing I failed to try. I even stopped making that post about three times and going back to try other things just so I wouldn't look like I didn't even download the mod. XD
Waitin' for the tea to grow now but I'm still unable to craft the cup (or if I give myself the cup through creative) the tea or if I give myself the brewed tea through creative, sweet tea.
    I've no doubt now that I may be missing something simple again and I'm really sorry for bothering you so much. ^^;

Hey, thought about something earlier today...

I play with Thaumcraft and Ars Magica as two of my bigger mods. I was wondering (I know you're already doing tons right now) if there would ever be a way to make the turrets look more... magical? Like a floating orb or maybe an obelisk that shoots the arrows. Just throwin' that out there. xD

Hey! I updated a new jar to 1.5.2 to play with the mod (I was gonna get some screen shots for you to put up) but I seem to have a problem with all of the materials. This being the only mod I have installed, it won't let me craft anything and it won't let me plant the "plant" or the "leaves". I tried to plant 'em in multiple biomes as well with no luck. All of the items are added and can be gotten through creative though.

    So, I was wondering....

Do you think you'll ever be able to make a Golem that acts as a chicken catcher (it could bring the chickens to a specific place or kill them and collect their drops or something)? I have soooooo many chickens running around on my game that I think this would be a useful feature. :D

Also, because of your amazing turrets and golems, I am able to keep my village alive and healthy and not worry about sleeping at night. You are a hero to everyone in Testificate Town.

Overall they look good but the contrast of the white with the wood is the only offputting part for me. Maybe there could be a metal/wood variant?
Everyone is gonna hate me when I make 'em download more mods to play with on my server, you need to stop making stuff that is so epic.

Concrete is amazing but mobs fall through it in a weird way.
I still use it for my towns and whatnot since the speedbuff is well worth the strange fallthrough effect, just thought I would throw it out there! :D

I love cooking and whatnot but I find it to be really boring in minecraft (at least the HarvestCraft version; don't get me wrong, it's a great mod but it doesn't change anything FOR cooking as it's just crafting with ingredients, so here is my suggestion)

I dunno if you ever played Paper Mario, but they had something that was pretty interesting on that game in how cooking was done.
Pretty much you give ingredients to Tase T. and she would whip something up for you if there was a recipe that could use those ingredients.
    What I suggest is this:
Players can use a book on a new block (stove, oven cooking station whatever) and get a cook book. The cook book records recipes.
The workstation allows players to put ingredients in to the slots (maybe 1 slot for the first level cooking station, two for the second ect) and if they yield a recipe, then they will gain their new food and the recipe is recorded in the cook book! If it doesn't make anything they are given a "mystery dish" which recovers a bit of hunger.
The whole idea can be made even more complex if you wanted to let players select how they'd cook their recipe (like BBQ or bake or even something like saute) so that the same combinations of ingredients give different dishes.
Ultimately I suggest this system because it allows for more discovery!
Of course maybe the player could buy a "Chef's Encyclopedia" from a villager to maybe get all the recipes if they don't like the idea of trying things out.

Oh it's alright! To go with this mod and the general idea of "more survival" I decided to pick up the thirst mod and it offers a config option to stop regeneration! :D

Overall though, you've done such a perfect job with this mod that I don't think there is much you should implement into it; it is beautifully simple and amazingly effective. I've already +1'd your post and if you get a banner or anything I'd be more than happy to help spread word of your wonderful mod. :]

Gwafu, ever thought about a mod that can change light color? Like a blue candle puts out an eerie blue light?

In general I've never went for anything beekeeping but if you did it, I'd try it. Though alot of the other ideas sound more appealing (I'd prolly die for a Monster Hunter mod done right even if it was just to add how to change recipes to be more like MH recipes for armor and stuff like that.) In general your mods have been very light and wonderful so far so anything you make would be well worth trying.

Mo' Creatures adds dolphins, fish, sharks and with the latest patch, crabs!
I saw another mod that added whales and some other misc sea animals too. I think you're in luck with this mod idea as there are already some working on it! Sorry I don't know the name of the second mod, it looked really well done though and I saw it here on the forums. :D

You've done everything so perfectly.... I don't know what to say.
I'll be testing SMP stuff for it ASAP but at the moment all my friends are sleepin' :P

If I had to suggest anything it would be a way to turn off the natural regeneration that food provides. I'd love to make these bandages a staple on my minecraft server (I'm selfish and play the healer. I want to be needed since I know nobody else will bother trying to get these things since all my friends are lazy! XD) Also maybe a tea leaf plant that can be planted so I can make sweet tea all the time (but it just restores hunger or something--- actually this is probably a bad idea in general for this mod; I'm just amazed by the epicness of the tea's is all.)

Thanks so much for the wonderful mod and I'll get back to you when I've played around with it more and try to look for bugs and whatnot.
