    Woooot! I've waited to see this for so long! This has to be one of my all-time favorite mods for Minecraft and I'm overjoyed to see it make a comeback after many months of hard work and development, and what an epic comeback it is! I can't wait to see how this mod progresses! :D

    Even if they don't, Sheti did say that he would be providing old pony-themed textures and such for alternatives/texture-pack use, for those that may still want said textures. ^.^

    No, not just yet. It is currently a work-in-progress as we speak, though ShetiPhian is a very busy fellow~ ^^" In any case, we'll likely just have to be patient for an update, but an update is most certainly on the way.

    Nope, You currently cannot, but I do, personally, agree that it would be nice to be able to, in some way, shape or form, by default or via some form of config option, a block white-list, perhaps. For now, I suppose that you could use the config option to completely disable cloud physics to be able to do that right now...but that's hardly a good solution, in my opinion. *shrug*

    I'm not really a fan of what it represents, but given what Hasbro did with the series the last 3 times, it's the safe option to rely more on toy sales then any sort of peripheral demographic. (Plus, corporations and Internet movements never mix.)

    Hehe, I meant the announcement in regard to Pixel Powers, but I get what you mean. XD I, personally have been, and am, okay with the whole Twilicorn thing overall, and honestly wasn't entirely surprised, but I'm also, as previously stated, reserving final judgement on the situation until I see with my own two eyes how everything goes down. ^_^

I mean, while its a pain to occasionally walk through some on accident and randomly get the Wither effect, for example (which, for the record, has scared the crud out of me more than once), I still enjoy those novel little flowers...they're a nice touch. Either way, looking back over the facts, many people, myself included, read into the announcement a little too far. ^^"

    I concur that cancelling/de-ponifying the mod isn't necessarily the way to go. As mentioned, the copyright issues with HB lately are simply standard procedure, more than anything. As well, on the note of Twilicorn, I, personally, am not passing judgement for or against the situation until I see for myself how it all pans out, and I hope that many others will consider doing the same. Many of the negative feelings towards the concept effectively amount, right now, to proverbially judging a book by its cover. I plan to read the book before calling it good or bad, and even if it does end up being a bad book, pardon the momentary descent into metaphor, I hardly think it a compelling reason to cancel or de-ponify the mod as-such. The decision ultimately lies with you, of course, and I respect that, but please do consider these words, and the words of my fellow users above, as I, we, do have a point. ^^"

    Actually, I believe that MacOSX is similar to *nix systems in that it treats files/folders that start with a '.' as hidden, so all that the current MacOSX (and likely *nix as well) end-users would have to do to be able to properly install this mod, would be to use whatever system option or hot key they have that would allow them to view hidden files, eg. 'CTRL + H' when in a file browser window in Ubuntu.

    I'll bet if you replace your server.jar with a 1.4.7 versionw ith the latest forge, and copy everything else (obviously, in a separate directory for testing purposes) it'll launch just fine...

    Yep. In fact, I have a modded 1.4.7 setup right now that actually uses mostly 1.4.6 mods. (To include the latest Pixel Powers beta.)

    You are absolutely correct. The grand majority of 1.4.6 mods are forwards-compatible with 1.4.7, I'm not certain if the inverse is true of 1.4.7 mods and MC 1.4.6, but I would assume that it is likely so.

    Now that is unusual... I don't know enough about the inner workings of the two mods involved here to draw much from that myself, but I do find it strange that FML is claiming to be catching an error in Pixel Powers, whilst the error readout is naming off an NPE in RedPower Core, and...maybe something about ore gen...? It seems.....odd... O.o Are you sure that you installed everything correctly? It may sound like a stupid question, but I'm currently successfully running both Pixel Powers and Red Power together on MC 1.4.7 in SSP. Though, I suppose I only have RP Core and RP Digital installed...I'm assuming that you likely have the entirety of RedPower installed? In which case, given the facts above, there may be a conflict between Pixel Powers and RP World. Assuming that you installed everything correctly, try removing individual modules from RedPower and see if you can narrow the issue down to a particular one of RP's four modules. As I said, I suspect the RP World module, so perhaps try removing that first and see if you still have issues.
