I was thinking of having it as the server for un-popular youtubers so people with anyone from 0-250 subscribers could play on!

I own a payed for server and i run tekkit on it (i add plugins people vote on) If enough people will play i will restart the map and have it from there, you do not need skype or anything! The only drawback from the server is that you will have to pay a couple dollars a month to play on it, im not asking much just a few. To make the cost of it easier! i promise you if you are willing and able to pay and you play on this server it will be one of the best tekkit servers youve ever played on! It is a 24/7 server, You can play anytime you like! Every day before i get off of the server for the day i ask if there are any plugins anyone wants and people can vote on plugins, as goes for everyone else. The way it works is that we have a currency, and you can buy things sell things and so on.. But for voting and admins and ops and so on, admins with my server will only get it if they donate a decent amount to the server because if you give a good chunk to help pay you should be able to access the roots of the server, Making sure you dont just try to mess things up you will keep it! and you watch over the server, Ops will be by the second most amount and i may decide to give them more commands to do in the server that works, and everyone else will just be players! reassured you will still have access to commands that enhance the play for everyone! I would really love to have this server as a huge community one day since tekkit is a very fun game, People do play now that know alot about the server and tekkit and are a very very big help! You wont have to fill out any forms or do anything else all you will have to do if you want to play is PM me (preferred) or just post in the forums and so i can make contact with you and give you the very fine detail about the server. If there are anything else youd like to know before you make a final decision if youd like to play just PM me or post here, (please anyone who is not gonna be serious and mature about the matter please do not waste my time and yours and do NOT post here) the server is lag free! its very friendly, and its not a huge community so you will not have to worry about people youve never seen on the server before you will connect with everyone in the server at some point if you do play! if paying isnt a option right now but could be in the future and you really wanna play message me and we can try to work something out like i can save you a spot until you play and such,!

You could try to give certain people certain jobs (E.x- Miners, Lumberjacks,) and as they give a store a certain amount of a item they get money, harder items to get you get paid more.
