If anyone has some of the old pre-1.5.2 mod support or the alternate textures laying around, send me a PM on here or Reddit and I can rehost them. Got about 2TB of spare bandwidth.

Its not the official link but until Vattic gets that sorted, this is about as official as you can get: http://f32.me/faithful32pack.zip
Normally f32.me just hosts the modded edition of the pack but I did have a vanilla version of the 1.8 pack laying around so there it is.

What resolution are you playing at? I have noticed at some resolution and scaling settings this can happen to glass textures because the lines are only 1 pixel thick.

Actually, if you look at this spoiler, you will see the actual usage guidelines. Its perfectly acceptable to use Faithful 32 as a base for other packs provided such usage is clearly indicated.
Things that are fine:[/b]
- Use as placeholders.
- Using as many textures as you've made yourself.
- Using the items or paintings.
- Use as base for mod textures.
- Give clear credit.
- Link back to the Faithful 32x32 thread.
- Be honest about what you are using.
- No money making links.
On remix/tweaked packs:[/b]
- Let's Players can share a modified copy with fans.
- Adventure map makers can provide modified copy to go along with it.
If either of the above apply:[/b]
- You must distribute through YouTube video descriptions or your series'/map's forum topic and not create a separate thread for the pack.
- To avoid people uploading a video just so they can upload a copy of the pack Let's Players must have a decent number of videos that use the pack and a decent number of subscribers.
- If I decide I don't want you using stuff from the pack then that is final. This will only be the case in unusual circumstances.
- These guidelines can be changed at any time.

Thank you for the link, DZCreeper, though it looks like the 1.8 version of the mod radically changed its texture file tree and the 1.7.10 resource pack at MagnificentBastards isn't compatible. Per the GitHub site I'd open an issue about it in the hopes that it would eventually be updated, however, I have hit saturation with having to create yet more online accounts to sites I generally use only for a single instance.
It would appear asides from changing the folder name, all the texture files remained the same. Therefore this new package I created should work: http://www.magnificentbastards.net/faithful/1710/HopperDucts-1.8.zip
I totally understand about not wanting to create another account, I have a massive amount of them myself and multiple aliases some sites. I do watch this thread so if you have any more issues, you can bring them up here.

I was going to mention Redstone Paste as well, but it appears to be on your list already.
Faithful Modded Edition has Hopper Ducts completed as far as I am aware. Here is the download link: http://www.magnificentbastards.net/faithful/1710/HopperDucts.zip
Let me know on the Github if the support is outdated, its been quite some time since it was made: https://github.com/F32Organization/Faithful32-1.7.10

The pack itself is 32x32 item and block textures. It will work if you use the Minecraft resource pack manager to mix it with another pack of a different resolution.

Provided you're not making a profit from it, its fine.

Just lately I haven't had time for supporting mod textures. It's a lot of work keeping it all updated. I wanted to set up a forum so I didn't have to manage it, but there were problems with the hosts complaining about file permissions. Ultimately I have to use either a different server (which would cost money), or research some different forum software (which takes time). For now mod support is on hold except for the odd thing I do for personal use and release.
Thanks for the feedback and support everyone.
While not official, I just want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that Faithful does have some mod support still.
Vattic, if you need hosting for forums PM me. I am also near to having the build script at the level were it makes individual mod .zip files alongside the completed packs. That should help so that each forum thread can have its own download link.

Why not just link to the download in the OP?
Oct 26, 2014Posted in: Resource Packs
Awesome, thanks for being willing to help! Currently the mod support for Faithful located in the OP is pretty outdated.
All of the work that is done or is sent to me by PM is located and packaged from these Github repositories:
If you want you can submit your work directly to the appropriate repository or send me a PM with the work if you don't have a Github account.

It will probably never be "finished" but myself and a handful of other people try to keep the mod support for Faithful going.
If you notice any issues or want to contribute a little bit, stop by the Github pages.

Unlikely. DDR3 and even DDR2 memory is still quite fast. What really matters is the speed that your processor can determine which memory needs to be emptied.

Its mostly breaking down an image into distinct shapes and then increasing the size of each image while refining the edges. You use approximation to fill in empty spaces created. There are shortcuts and for simple stuff you can just recolor a bit.

Jul 1, 2014First issue: The enter for new paragraph and shift+enter for new line is damn stupid. That's not a feature of any reasonable piece of software in existence and expecting every user to deviate from standard typing practice used on literally every modern piece of hardware and software is outrageous. It doesn't matter if you make the UI **** rainbows and mail me gold bars, its a fundamental flaw that must be fixed.Posted in: News
Second issue: Gravatar icons are broken.

This has happened countless numbers of times since the conception of the patent system. People get a few non - detailed patents then sue every business in the Northern hemisphere. Thats why more people are supporting opensource software and ideas.

Apr 12, 2012Mojang, hit the brakes. Just do a bunch of bug testing behind the scenes, then release it as totally new version, rather than 1.23, 1.24, 1.25, and a bunch of snapshots. Makes the players more sane, along with the modders, who try to keep up with a frantic release schedule.Posted in: News
