Recently, I took over a server that the previous owner could no longer support and to make a long story short, I had some stuff to take care of and the server's population began to slip. I'm back now trying to bring the server back to working order, but I know in order to do this I will need some very trusted staff members to aid me in my endeavour.
WHAT I NEED:
I'm in need of 2-3 capable, friendly and helpful individuals who are passionate about playing on a purely vanilla server. This server runs ONE plugin to help deal with theft and griefing (both of which I hope won't happen) and aside from that, it's exactly what its name is: Purely Vanilla. Mods and admins do not spawn items upon request, we don't teleport unless it's to investigate a griefing accusation, and we follow and abide by all the rules on the server.
WHAT I OFFER:
This server has had the fortune to be placed into very good hands. I have a full-time job and make more than enough money, so the bills as far as the server goes will always be paid so long as there are people actively playing on the server. I am a very fun and happy person who loves to joke, so the mood of the server is extremely light and friendly. Having said that, I have also been told that I have a very keen eye for spotting people who might be breaking the rules and I hope that you will have the same. I'm putting this randomly here to see who actually read everything. Please place an extra line in your application that shows me that you managed to read this whole thing. Why do you want to join our server?: I much prefer vanilla-style servers compared to convuluted mod-heavy servers that make it seem like people are trying to play another game entirely. I want a server with a close-knit and friendly community, where people actually follow the rules and aren't total jerks so that everyone can enjoy themselves. What will you bring to the server?: I am a mature, respectable, and helpful player. I am in no degrees the best at anything, but I do know how and where to find answers to questions. Too many servers do accept literally everyone despite being a whitelist, even those that admit to not reading the rules and so forth, which just lets in all sorts of trouble.
