    posted a message on Custom Temple Projects + Improving old ones

    Basically this map will consist of all the temples I think should be in game + if temple is right beside an original temple ( I did not build them) that means I believe the new one I built should be the replacements. I'll be linking command blocks and etc so things won't get to confusing but I hope you enjoy temple number one. More pictures will come when I'm done.


    I hope in right spot as I really ain't sharing this map except with images and with new area's things are getting confusing.

    I find that one at 0.37 really disturbing and rather creepy, the rest are fine.
    Well now we have plenty of fox sounds.
    Maybe they sounds the foxes listed have one sound they make from real-life applied to them as long as it's quiet which also allow players to distinctly identify which fox they are after if they are close enough. It would be more logical. Just my opinion. Apparently lots of fox sounds after the wdtfs song came out. lol.

    What got me the 8 of the subs was just me talking to people, lol. the rest came when I did redstone. So I figured csb987 might help me jumpstart it again I hope. He did a fantastic job.


    Of course when I do my modded survival I'll be linking each and every page I got them from with credit, I'm not a meanie. lol.

    I don't think you can see if the block is underwater in blockstates or models, I haven't looked into it but I couldn't understand some of it as well. Because I want to change the water to be silver in the night.

    Most of these need a decent computer, I can run them fine with my laptop though. If in wrong spot, sorry. I figured this would be right spot to share preset customized codes. Just copy from { to } and paste in customized preset bar. Format doesn't matter, minecraft uses it still.

    Could you explain how? I spent some time on the forums a while back asking people how to do it, but I didn't get very good answers. I managed to get a command block setup at some point that automatically advanced time after a set interval, but it did it by letting the sun glide forward for a while, then jumping it backward. It looked really annoying. Another solution was just to use a command to make the sun stop progressing.

    You'd think there would just be a command to alter the day/night length, but I've searched for such a thing multiple times, scouring command lists to no avail.

    As I said in the OP: "I've been looking for a mod that changes the day/night cycle length for years and all I have found is some old mod that stopped being developed in 1.7."
    I have definitely checked, and I'm quite surprised this isn't readily available.

    Okay. I asked to see if someone is willing to teach me how to use certain features of commandblocks so that way I can give you the code when done. I already know what needs to happen but its not easy to do. basically you need to tell the commands to activate individually at 100 intervals from 0 to 2400, than you just use redstone to control each on individually.

    I play on normal but when I get stronger like in a natural progression type game, I play on hard. I wish there was a way to set it so the more days you spend in minecraft the harder it gets, it took me 18 minecraft days to my almost full gear.
