My creativity went out the Window when I was 7! "Started getting stuck into girls at a early age ;)". I'm looking for a very talented hand to do some work for me.

RevolutionPvP Was started a few weeks ago in 1.0, After my self not being able to find a decent server, always having abusive admins or a **** owner. So i started up RevolutionPvP. As with all servers we have had owe ups and downs. With all said, everything is running smooth with 1.2 just being released. If you enjoy killing people and are just trying to find a new home. Check out us. Maybe we are for you!

2. I'm not to be ****ed with. I've being through alot. I seen the hard and i've seen the kind. I don't take very kind to people wasting my time. with useless **** ^.^
3. I am the Lord your Admin, who brought you the land on this server, out of the house of boringness. You will respect Me, my chosen Admins and their decisions!
4. Respect other players! ... In short be nice and don't be a ****tard!

What do you think is a (MOD) job:
- An (MOD) job is about keeping a level of control, controlling your self while controlling the server with the correct matter, Being an mod also holds alot of pressure on your self, your play is now your job, being able to do this you need to go in with a mature matter, Helping new players, Dealing with Hacker's and taking questions is apart of the job, but there is much much more, problem dealing also comes into fact. Being an admin of a server with 200 players + for almost a year, practiced what works and what doesn't but this can also be a nono, Habit's will be something i will need to over come in the near future. I (WAS) Level 5 admin and worked as HR Manager(Human Resources)
How do you think will you improve the server's qualities:
-The Server is new, i'm sure i will have my own qualities that will improve the server when its started, as well as helping other people improve theres along the way.
Why should we choose you and not another applicant:
- Personally, i think when age comes in, it isn't a factor. i have seem some of the most responsible mature admins/mods take control a big problems at the sweet age of 11, And its good to see, there are people out there that can shine at such a young age, I don't like out shining other applicants, i don't think that's right. they have as much as a chance then i do. and i am going to leave it at that.
Situation,
You just joined the server and see two players insulting each other heavily - what will you do?
- Control the situation ASAP, take them into a room, and not talk to them in Public chat, the reason i don't like doing this is because it can also harm other players and there game experience in many ways, there here to play, not to see admins deal with problems Publicly, After i have them in a room together i will slowly take each others story, once i have taken note of the problem i will give them a warning, i have always giving players a chance, its moral for us humans to do so.. its shows respect for the player and players around them, But if they abuse the warning i will take heaver action if necessary, its all down to the situation and how mature the players are.

- I Live in Tasmania Australia, Currently working in a Information and technology shop part time, one of the biggest shops in Tasmania, my roll is to do Builds, and Repairs. I've being there for about 5 Months and currently loving it. I studied CERT 3 in information and technology and will be doing Cert 4 this year at a later date, as well as my last year at college.
