I found something that causes lag,but dunno how to stop: Even tho i'm on Single Player,i seem to be online. is there a way i can play offline with my online radio On?
If not,i can always use my gaming console to make it play online radio,while i disconnect my laptop
Edit:Another thing is that during the peak hours,it slows down a lot (during the evening)
When i turn the view distance to Normal,i get a lot of lag,and i have a good graphic card;this being said,i'm having trouble running the game,even when the GFX are at Fast/Cheap lighting and that i activated the Advanced Open GL which tremendously help with the game speed,but when i get in a biome with lots of trees,the game starts lagging dis-pleasantly down to 10-15 FPS,which causes trouble when fighting mobs during night.
Can anyone help me fix this at least a bit? Thanks so much guys!!
my bro wanted to try minecraft after he'd buy it for the 30$ i'm going to give him on the new year, and there is one thing i must ask:Does opening to LAN require addresses and all that stuff? Because my bro's room is straight ahead of mine,and it'd be a shame if we needed to tweak all kinds of stuff for hours before we can have a good time together.
Another thing i need to ask is:Does opening to LAN let anyone join in? Or just the same connection? Me and my bro are exactly on the same connection so it'd be sooo awesome if it worked that simple!!
I used an anvil a just a few times with item renames before it started cracking,so what i'm wondering here,is:
1. Does item renaming wear out the anvil faster?
2. Does more level cost on a repair/rename wear out the anvil faster as well?
3. How much repairs (or repair cost levels) can a anvil be used for?
I have no idea what enchantment does whatever,except for sharpness,which i guess is damage adding to a sword.
So yeah,once again i need your help guys,i'd love to know which enchants does what,and if there is a link to such a tutorial, could you please send me a link to this one?

I just bought minecraft 360 edition,and sometimes,when i go to beds...
i often get a jump scare awakening,referred to as a "Nightmare" and it startles me badly.
My house is very well lit,if not excessively,but even then when i sleep i get often bothered by a zombie or a skeleton.
This goes without mentioning my doors are closed,and that i go with single doors,because i heard double doors increase risks,and i'm very well enclosed. But still,no luck...
So yeah...can anyone please help me getting it well done and safe?
when i'm sleeping,i often have a messages that says:"You cannot sleep,there are monsters nearby."
There's monsters nearby but...er,they often never notice me when i'm in my house.
Is there a strategy to avoid this happening? right now i didn't build any house,and created a small hiding hole right aside a small cave area which isn't too big,and i filled it up with torches. however should i place more of them to light the area in front of the cave and my tiny-homespot?
i did my first house calmly by switching to Peaceful difficulty then i built myself a lots of cool stuff such as one of each 4 tools,and even found some iron ingots to mine some diamonds!!
Honestly i'm impressed i found a batch of 5 of them,as there was a sorta abandoned area with rails down a deep pit and wooden gateways and i found them right there! i create myself a Diamond Pick and a Diamond Sword,and i also found some recipes for armor making!!
Man,i'm gonna love my time in Minecraft even so much more!! ^^ awesome community,awesome game,awesome everything!!

Hey guys!! I'm new to minecraft,and i just started a week ago
When i started playing i noticed the presence of a hunger bar,which is proving itself...quite hard to bear with,and i had no idea of what to do. now one week later,i know how to make pickaxes,and eating food (except chicken which always seem to cause nausea to me) at least,but i'm defenseless and my character is starving when the night comes!! i know,i'm reaaally newbie-ish,but can someone tell me how to craft myself a means of defense and how to cook food? thanks!!
So yeah! Minecraft is insanely addicting and i love it!

I opened to LAN,but my bro seems unable to join even if his own room is straight in front of mine.
