Download a program called MultiMC. It's the easiest thing to make a pack on. Also, a bunch of these mods are not allowed to be distributed through mod packs (If you are planning on making the pack public). Make sure you check the mods pack policy/ license.

I Think its a good idea just a little too complicated with like the % returns. it should also be like 64 wood in the center because of the fact that its a significant help when making things so it actually takes an effort to create.
