Make sure all your ip's (Static, IPV4, and IPV^) Ip's are still the same. you can check by comparing it in your command prompt to your server server properties.yml file.
Your Java Version The Server Is Picking Up/Using Is 32 Bit. Meaning You Can't Add More Than 1024 mb's of memory. Even though in java 8 you don't need it :/ , try lowering the max server ram.

Well this post was extremely useless and a waste of less than 1MB on a database server... .-.

In your config.yml Fill In "server-ip="
To your IPV4 address, to find it go to your command prompt, type in ipconfig, and scroll down until you see it
Hope this helped :/

This was my last idea :/

I had the same problem and my fix was doing what I did above in chat :/
My last guess is for you to paste your config.yml please... I want to make sure its in the right format.
Thanks

So in the comfig.yml file it just has 1 line of you in game name? Is that correct?

If you have a 64-86 bit computer this would work
Open up your minecraft launcher, go to Edit Profile. On the bottom click the box that says JVM Aruguments.
In the box to the right change -Xmx1G To a higher number. Save and see if servers work
Hope this helped
I also just noticed that this is my 100th post

This plugin doesn't use keys, just chests. Its more similar to cosmic pvp "drop packages"
Its what i use for my server and works great

Hope this helped (this also works for spigot 1.8)

Minecraft hosting and port forwarding does not currently support Windows 10 Builds.
This will get updated though and eventually it will work:
