Thelta is a technology based mod, its main focuses are in computers and other advanced technology. The reason thelta was created was for advanced and better computers but has since expanded to include many areas from mining to advanced power generation, any technology ideas are welcome!

Jun 15, 2013Posted in: Minecraft ToolsMCP LookupVersion 1.0.0About:
MCP Lookup is a small program that can read the files from the conf folder in mcp and allow you to get the minecraft name that you need when creating Access transformers(tutorial). This program is made in java meaning you can decompile it and check that it is safe if you do not trust it.
When you load MCP Lookup you will see that it has a terminal styled interface. You can type the follwing commands in:
This command will exit the program
This command will reload the mappings from the folder. You must have the \ on the end. Example "reload D:\Mod Development\forge\mcp\conf\"
This command will preform a search from the loaded mappings. You will have the specify a few settings. The settings are as folowed:
-type = What are we doing a look up on? You can put: package, class, field, method
-name = The name of the object we are doing the lookup
-package = The package that the results must be in
-comclass = The class name that the compiled class result must have.
A few examples:
"search -type field -name textureMapBlocks" - This will return all fields that have the name textureMapBlocks and their searge names and their minecraft names.
"search -type class -name Block" - This will tell you what the file Block will be named once compiled
"search -type class -comclass apa" - This will tell you what the file apa is called when decompilled
After download i suggest you place this jar in the conf folder in mcp unless you want to type the reload command everytime you want to use this program.
- Add a config file and a set default conf folder command
This program, by the terms of http://minecraft.net/terms are sole property of the Mod author (newmangamers/csnewman, henceforth "Owner" or "The Owner"). By default it may only be distributed on this topic. It may not be distributed on any other source.

Please do not pm me or add me on skype for now as i will no longer watching them, this also means i will not be following updates to the mod meaning if you already have me on skype i will not be able to help you. I hope you understand and i hope to see you in the future.
Note: This will be my last update and post for around the next 1 to 12 months.

The official server is back up, i am currently temp hosting the server while we search for a server host.
Endor is banned! The amount of lag caused by endor is insain. Have fun.
PS: Online map now up. Click hereto view it
EDIT: Server is down again, something is wrong with it, not sure, all i know is that is is very res intensive...
Apr 3, 2013CS_Newman posted a message on [1.4.7] [Forge] Javacraft 1.0pre1 - Java computers in Minecraft!Posted in: WIP ModsQuote from TechMaster3333
Not really sure if this would work, but could could you not add your own "JPort" system, like a sub-port, running through the server's one port? Once the message reaches JavaCraft, it determines which computer it is for using the "JPort" it is addressed to - it could be, for example, the computer's ID number tagged on to the beginning of the message by the mod.
Then, to send an inter-server message, you specify <ip>:<port>:<Computer ID>
I have just ran some checks, it seems possible. The task would take me many months to make because i would have to code a mini client that would fake a forge client, the clients username would have to store all the data and the mod would check the clients data before they join the game and if the name checks out as being a javacraft name it will read the data and close the connetion.
I just dont think that this is the best way.
An host server idea might be a lot better.

Which minecraft forge do i use to install the mod? which minecraft forge version...?
Forge is already included
Mar 6, 2013Posted in: WIP ModsQuote from minecraftnut
I must be blind, but I don't see anything mentioned about forge on the 1st page. The installation instructions on the wiki don't mention forge either. Still, it is very cool to hear that it is compatible. When I read the part in the installation instructions where you have to drop files into minecraft.jar, I assumed that being compatible with forgebased mods would be difficult.
I also should've been clearer, I actually meant forge based so that you can expect this mod to be compatible with other forge mods. While a total conversion mod often isn't (which is understandable from the developer's point of view ofc).
EDIT : After checking the changelog at the bottom, I assume forge is included.
This mod was never converted to forge, it was wrote for forge. Some of the code could be improved but we can not be a mod folder mod until forge has all the hooks we need. So we made a custom version of forge, So it is included.(i might look into getting them all added meaning versions will be available in a days instead of 2 weeks etc between mc updates. This would make the mod work with all forge mods and servers as well, but the chances of getting a few 100 hooks added in is very slim)

hope to hear from you, even if i can not join.

The mods that will probably see representation (besides Bukkit and Spout):
there are other main mods out there... also the maker of btw dosent care about compatibility any more (last time i checked.)
