My neighbour had a 'nuclear reactor' under his house to make his wheat 'super' grow. The Nuclear Reactor was a 4x4 timed bomb that was suppose to go on when 100 people pressed a pointless button. Sadly, some noob started spamming the button and then... Kablum.
No offense, but I think this is too giving. Skyblock, all you could make was stone & wood but with this it makes it just too easy! And if you are raging at people who says it sucks, then don't put a poll answer that says that! You shouldn't expect every single person saying "This map is the bomb!"

Did you have any mods installed used to make your house? If so, my hypothesis is the mod corrupted and the blocks disappeared. I made a mod (More Wool Colors {Not Published}) and then when the mod corrupted, all wool blocks disappeared from my home and chests.
I really agree with your passionate statement but in my own opinion, a mob that just randomly picks up blocks isn't what I wanted in Minecraft. I was hoping Enderman would be a bit more scary. Like they could also pick you up and toss you around and stuff. I guess nerfing the Enderman's block snatching ability isn't the way to go, but maybe he's just changing it so it makes it more difficult. Like you stated, you can just build a thick wall or moat around your house to keep them away. That's way to easy, they need to come up with a new way so they aren't so easy on you.
So IMO - I am caught up in the middle of agreeing and disagreeing with the nerf. I'm really edging near agreeing though because: I hate how they grief. It makes it so hard to make good mob traps with them. (I know I can use a 2 high ceiling but I need more head room for additional contraptions)
If you stay near a giant mushroom for, lets say, three real life minutes, the scent will make you start to shrink and your vision will turn blue. Anyone? Yes! You become a Smurf! This effect would be temporary like another three minutes. Also passive mobs will run away from you because it is quite scary to see a small blue creature running around...
Haha! Good work! Finally something to make my day. Don't listen to the anti-trolls who don't have a sense of humor. 'Course there are no NPCs in the Villages.
