well, i cant help in plugins, but one thing: factions. the bronies on the server right click the six signs that say the name of the six original ponies! So, fluttershy's and rainbow's sign would faction that person in the start for Pegasi, Rarity's and Twilight's would bring them to the unicorn's start, and Apple's and Pinkie's would bring them to the earth pony start. (p.s: the spike faction is a secret to admins only) (p.s.s: spikes faction could have the /lightning command, and my friend is great with plugins and he works for mojang)
