    I have this problem too, the way I get around it is by re-logging when I find a village. This normally makes the villagers appear and work the way they normally do with the mod.
    Having the same issue, The main problem, Is that ToK Citizens are called "Villagers" in the entities list, But regular testificate villagers are also named, in the entities list "Villagers." The simple workaround is to rename ToK Villagers to "Citizens" or "Kingdom Villagers" Its also causing issues with The MiddleAges mod, As when i place a statue, It's a statue of a ToK Villager not a Testificate.

Giving an Essence of Light will turn the target demon into a Mystic Bicephalic, an Essence of Fire will turn a normal Bicephalic into a Bicephalic Hellhound, and an Essence of Undead will transform it into a Zombie. When tamed, Bicephalic Demon Wolves can be ridden as transportation. Fusing a Quadracephalic with any Legendary demon wolf will result in Orthrus, the green/yellow Bicephalic demon.     Rarity: Rather Rare
    Colors: White (Silver), White/Black, Ghost (Red Topaz), Yellow (Gold), Black/White, Dead (Zombie), Blue (Sapphire), Brown (Bronze), Red Hellhound (Ruby)

    They're all amazing, Once again! I have to admit, I didn't really like two headed things, But three heads just look wicked sick. My favorite has to be the middle one. I do have one complaint/noticed one weird thing, The cerberus tail looks really oddly colored, Was the yellow just a place holder? Or are you going to keep it like that, Because imho it just looks out of place. Other than that though, They all look absolutely crazy good.

    For Anyone people viewing this topic, This mod will add chao's. If you have played Sonic adventure 2 battle or Sonic DX Directors cut, You may or may not know what a chao is.
    A Chao is a cute little blue human like creature.
    There are 3 types of chao's, Hero, Regular, and Dark. They will vary on the fruits that you give them,
    There are 5 i guess you could say Classes of chao, Swimming, Power, Running, Flying and Stamina.

    This mod will add Chao's, Eggs, Fruits, and a brand new dimension. I have just recently started developement and i could use help, If you are a good Texturer, or a good Coder please pm me.
