Although it's not quite surprising to me, that is totally nuts. Whatever happens, this dispute better gets put to a stop or both parties will be in lose-lose situation.

It was intended to be crappy because it's based off some webcomic. Unless you get used to those, it is like augh-it-hurts-my-eyes to you.

Plus, there are issues with that texture pack too, such as transparent face of the pumpkins and the sun going white.

Okay, if you really hate the texture pack I currently use so much, I can always change the next time I get another world seed.

So, I was messing around with the world seeds and tried this one as the thread title implied. Yes, it's not that nice of a seed, but just thought I'd share with you guys. Please be reminded that you may not spawn in the same location as I did, and the images are just a part of what I actually explored. Also notice my laziness in coordinates because I am already using a minimap mod.

It will also be a bit difficult to find mining sources, or not.



I spawned right here. Frozen lake and all in front of me.



Even pumpkins grow in the cold. I don't even know if that happens in real life, but oh well.



Trust me, finding trees in snowfields could be a pain.

I was checking the blog and saw the article about this case.

That's pretty much the most asinine case in the history of lawsuits. Just using one word can get you sued when you don't intend to infringe any other gaming companies' copyrights. What's that? Trying to bankrupt an innocent indie game creator just for something he DIDN'T intend to do? But then again, Notch should be careful next time. I know this happened out of nowhere.

Are Bethesda's lawyers LOSING THEIR MIND? It's just a part of some word and overreaction happens for an IRRELEVANT reason.

Excuse me, can you spend your time making a skin for Jin Kisaragi? You can release it to the public. Exclude his sword, because it's not going to suit him well anyway.
