Bio:He has inherited psychic powers from his Lucario father and flying and water powers from his Swanna mother.He searches for the criminal gang that killed his parents and kicked him down a hill, breaking his egg. He can telepathically communicate.
Ask him what happened, then allow him to shoot himself. A lot less people would die if he doesn't mutate. When he dies, take his gun and any ammo for it.

Chuck had a idea, Maybe if he took some of the leather and put it with the glass he would create something to help him see down here, He set to work.

You continue crawling along in the vents, But you suddenly notice the hot warmth coming through... You will burn up if you stay up here any longer! -2 hp from heat

Laser Attack - Fires 1-3 Laser projectiles(Physical and non-physical DMG) at targeted enemy.
Rocket Attack - Fires rockets in rocket storage of mech(Explosive and physical DMG) 50% chance for rockets to miss target. attack cannot be used if there is no Rockets in the rocket storage.
