I know right. Anyway, because it seems like robbhus ain't going to revive it, we need someone else to either reboot it or make a new version of it. I was thinking of doing it myself, but then I realised I'm a bad rp owner. Anyone who wants to volunteer?

Well, I've built several RP topics before, though most of them was about MLP. Unfortunately, the golden age of MLP RPing here has long past. Most of the roleplayers here were horrible, anyway.

Every time I see in somebody's biography the words "to be RP'ed" written, communism grows a little bit stronger.

Meh, there wasn't really any communism going on anyway. Basically the "communist" countries are only communist in name.

    Also, one paragraph biography.

So, I need some feedback here.

The former roleplay, Fallout: The Wild West, has been inactive for an entire month. Now, like a said a few pages before, I am planning to create a roleplay focused around the 2130s in the Fallout Universe in the Midwest. Since the time period and setting is different (the Fallout: Wild West RP takes place after the events of New Vegas and Fallout 3, which is 2281~), I am considering creating a new roleplay. What do all of you think?

So, I found a somewhat better time period; the Great Winter. It begins in 2130 as mentioned in the Fallout Bible, but the roleplay starts in 2135. I've also moved some Vaults around and moved the "area of play" southward, including Nebraska, a small part of Illinois and Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and northern Texas.

Most towns are going to be abandoned, obviously. It would be more focused on what's already there. Though it only appears in Fallout Tactics, which was said to be non-canonical, it would be interesting to get to know more about the Reavers.

There's already a Fallout RP by Falloutnuke I would like to see continued/restored.

But at the least, I would much enjoy to see me having the ability to carry over Sweet Gin's adventures from that to whatever's an active, responsibly ran Fallout RP. I would just need to get free reign over New England for a prolonged period, and for Evan to continue posting with The Fox.

The continuation of Falloutnuke's FoRP also sort of hinges on Evan posting. But he's in the process of moving from Virginia to a new Army Base home in God-Knows-Where, America. So I'm told it'll be a couple weeks.

I had this on file in the event there was another flood of pony RPs.

Just to clarify, the difference between the former Fallout RP is that it starts far earlier. The Enclave and Brotherhood of Steel are not as large as intended, the NCR is still in their little Vault, and Caesar's Legion and Great Khan doesn't exist yet. Most of the Plains controlled by the Reavers, Enclave, Brotherhood of Steel, Vault 0, and ghouls. A few independents Vaults will exist. Slavers and raiders have some presence in the Missourian Wasteland.

And no. No ponies, unless you want a Fallout: Equestria RP instead. In that case, the Fallout: Equestria RP will take place in northern Equestria, so little, if any, canonical characters will not be involved. Plus, it'll take place a few decades after the Last Day (megaspell incident i.e Equestria gets nuked).

A list of Vaults in the Plains:

Vault 4, Concordia, Kansas. Control Vault designed to open after 10 years, but was delayed for several years. It does not open until 2093. The Vault Overseer is Laurice Cleave, who succeeded the late David J. Flatherty, who died in 2098. Built in Oct 2071.
Vault 10, Junction City, Kansas. This vault was an experiment testing leadership and control, and as a result, had no overseer. A man, Aidan Schultz, took control of the entire vault in 2080 through manipulation and deceptions, playing people against each other. Eventually, the population left the Vault, and Schultz made himself Mayor of Junction City. Built in Dec 2069.
Vault 18, Emporia, Kansas. This vault held only 400 people, far below it's capacity. Built in Jan 2068.
Vault 23, Dodge City, Kansas. Used currency and replicated a small economy where everyone was paid. Built in Mar 2068.
Vault 25, Winfield, Kansas. Control Vault designed to open after 15 years. Built in Jan 2073.
Vault 33, Stillwater, Oklahoma. Continuously gave narcotics to its population, which resulted in a drug conflict, killing at least half of the vault's population. Built in Jun 2072.
Vault 37, Oklahoma City (North), Oklahoma. Though intended as a control vault, there is, unusually, four overseers ruling over the Vault at the same time. Built in Jan 2074.
Vault 44, Oklahoma City (South), Oklahoma. Control Vault intended to open it's doors after 20 years. Built in May 2074.
Vault 50, Woodward, Oklahoma. Raided by Reavers and currently act as their base. Built in Jul 2073.
Vault 51 and 52, Tulsa and Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. As neighboring Control Vaults, both Vault Overseers decided to unite both Vaults, created the Double Vault Combine, one of the only few relatively stable cities in the Plains. Current Overseer is Michael Nalvets. Both are built in Aug 2072.
Vault 58, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Built right below the Arkansas River as an Underwater Vault. Built in Feb 2076.
Vault 60, Benton, Arkansas. Built right outside the city of Little Rock, this vault had a Communist society, and despite speculation that the Vault will fail within a decade, surprisingly it has survived and successfully left the Vault to settle in Benton. It has been a regular target for both the Brotherhood of Steel and the Enclave. Built in Jun 2071.
Vault 65, Stuttgart, Arkansas. Had a majority of German people. Built in Sep 2076.
Vault 71, Newport, Arkansas. Complete eugenic based, where it was compulsory to kill off the weakest person every week. Built in Jul 2074.
Vault 73, Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Intended to be built as a testing ground for an utopian society. Built in Jan 2077.
Vault 78, Joplin, Missouri. The population had the free will to open the Vault at any time. Most of the Vault's population died when the door was somehow opened in 2088. Built in Dec 2065.
Vault 84, South Kansas City, Missouri. The female/male ration intentionally devised to be 30/1 in this vault. Built in Apr 2070.
Vault 86, Columbia, Missouri. Control Vault intended to open after 15 years. Built in May 2066.
Vault 89, St. Louis, Missouri. The largest Control Vault in the Plains, it is capable of holding at most 1,600 people. Built in Oct 2076.
Vault 90, St. Louis, Missouri. For the people who can't manage to get into Vault 89. Built in Nov 2076.
Vault 93, Sioux City, Iowa. Intended to preserve Native American cultures. Built in Feb 2074.
Vault 96, Mason City, Iowa. Control Vault intended to open after 20 years. Built in Apr 2073.
Vault 103, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Every sharp object, including forks, are stripped from the vault. Built in May 2072.
Vault 105, North Platte, Nebraska. The Vault's food supply is only composed of vegetables. Built in Jun 2068.
Vault 111, Grand Island, Nebraska. All electronics are bound to become defected in this vault. Built in Jul 2071.
Vault 119, Lincoln, Nebraska. Half of the Vault's population were Chinese or Russian. Built in Oct 2069.

Why can't we illegally bargain with hugs? Sounds like fun to me!

Because moderator equals master race? So, everyone, I have already planned an RP for a while, and would like to say: how does a Fallout one sound? I had a revival of interest on it, and was considering making one. The thing is, the setting is around the US Plains: Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Indiana, Missouri, and parts of South Dakota, Wisconsin, ans Minnesota. The time it takes place is the early 22nd century, most likely 2101. I have created a map and planned some Vault locations. There will be several "large" cities to explore such as Kansas City, Omaha, Oklahoma City, and St. Louis.

How much Call of Duty have you played? Because in my experience, using rocket launchers on other players is generally a terrible strategy and is certainly not an "advantage".

I've played from CoD 4: MW to CoD: Ghosts. Rocket launchers are situational, but they significantly slow down the player, has a lengthy switch, aim time, and reload (though not as long as most LMGs), and barely any ammo. While it is a bit difficult to carry around, it's deadly and most of all, good for destroying Scorestreaks/ Point Streaks / Kill Streaks such as the UAV or the helicopter. Shooting airborne streaks do require a bit of skill, however.

There are a few special launchers that's specifically serves the purpose of being anti-aircraft. Successfully destroying a streak gives you points as well, so launchers can be ideal for point grinding and support. The Perk "Scavenger" allows you to take ammo from enemies, so that mitigates the downside of limited ammo. Usually a launcher is paired up with an SMG to compensate for it's slowness.

Long story short, it's a decent weapon like everything else, but shouldn't be used alone or with a LMG. (Sniper rifles are, again, situational; if you're a decent rush-sniper, it should be fine.)

Stadtschloss (Berlin City Palace), Berlin, German Reich

Outside, beyond the frozen river that divided the island which held the imperial palace of the Reich, was a group of buildings scattered around and topped with snow. The palace itself was extravagantly decorated in a rectangular style with curved beautiful windows in front of the reinforced marble walls, topped off with a gigantic dome. A clean white courtyard, clear of any kind of dirt or snow that will damage its appearance, was in front of the palace. Inside was a room of gold and white walls and chandeliers, nearly symmetrical in every way possible. There was a garden on the back end of the palace, having patterned patches of green grass and a large circular fountain in the center. Every single corner in the palace was lit, making it as bright as the sun itself.

In one room, there were a group of people on an oval wooden table, with the Kaiser and Chancellor in the middle. The Kaiser, Frederick II, sat boredly in front of the politicians involved in this meeting. He was currently thirty-five years old with a wife and three children, yet as the ruler of the entire Reich, he seemed disinterested with political affairs. Of course, he was prepared for his entire childhood for this moment, yet he did not know it was this tedious and painstaking.

Mostly, it was his Chancellor, Joachim Bauer-Schultz, that was doing most of the actual political decision making. In reality, the Chancellor had more power than Kaiser himself, rather than vice versa; it had been a slow transition from the Kaiser's absolute power to the Chancellor's, mostly caused by the Great War of the 20th century, which had affected Germany greatly. Things have never been the same after that.

Today, they were talking about a foreign case: the Canadian Empire and the (Russian) Republic. Initially, it was of little interest to the minsters and Chancellor. The German Reich did not really care about the Canadians up until now, as they had been enemies in the early 20th century along with the British and French in both the Great War and the Three Years War. The only thing that was probably keeping them from tearing each other apart with France before was the conference and the joining of the G7 and NATO. After that, the German Reich started to simply ignore Canada and move their perspective somewhere else.

The Russian Republic was plain bothersome. They could follow their false dreams of expansion and conquest whatever they want, so far if the Germans weren't involved. The only "real" relation they had was their "economic partnership", and that was only because both have what they need. The topic of interest, however, wasn't just about these two, but the relations between them. The Germans were now getting a bit reluctant to support them, as commented by Foreign Affairs Minster Karl Eckhart, after their display of military weaponry on other parts of Russia. This is going to be interesting.

I'm gonna play Iceland, in order to prove exactly how much you can do with a "useless" nation. Not everything needs to be about war. Seriously. If all you want is constant war and writing combined, go play Diplomacy. Its an online game that is pretty much that. War, talking to others about the war, and more war, until all of Europe is yours.

I'm waiting for Poland, so I can have my fun time.

    Ahem. Sorry

Cod fanboys. Facebook Bronies. The fad that generates 13 year old children in mic chatrooms. Some furries get really weird.

CoD isn't necessarily bad (Ghosts, Black Ops, and MWIII was terrible). Everything really boils down to the person's character.

And there are the good furries, bad furries, and the majority which are in the middle.
