Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph): I Have Always Applied For Builder On Servers, Although I Am Trying To Expand My Experience Through Staff. I Have Also Always Built For RPG Servers Although They Never Seemed To Be Possible Or People Just Quit. I Am Always Open To Trying Something New, And Hub Servers Seem To Be My Next Target As They Are So Simple Yet Are Made For Everybody. Many Servers I Worked For Didn't Really Have A Plan And That Is One Of The Main Reasons I Left And I Will Leave This Server Too If I Don't Like The Plan, But I Don't Think I'll Have To. You Have The Planned Plugins Laid Out There And I May Be Able To Contribute To That List. I Need You To Remember That This Is Learning Curve For Me As Staff, But I Wouldn't Do It If I Knew I Couldn't. Thank You.

Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph): I would like this position mainly because I see potential. If there wasn't any potential visible, I wouldn't spend my time filling out this application. I believe the server is genuine and has what it takes to become the next hot server/network. I have always wanted to be apart of a server like this, and have even tried to own my own but had to let it go due to a lack of help and support from others. I enjoy owning my own servers, however, sometimes it's too much and I would rather become a part of someone else's staff. I believe with my experience and the current/future staff members, we could get this server off the ground and have it become very popular.
Experience (details): Have been playing minecraft since early beta and have owned many different servers. These servers include, Vanilla, Bukkit, Minigames/Hub, Modpacks. I currently run an Attack of the B-Team server and enjoy doing so very much. I have a lot of experience with hosts including shared, dedicated, and VPSs. I feel that I have done everything I can when it comes to minecraft. I have also helped many others who have had problems with configuring their servers and plan to do so in the future, as a payback to the community.

Dedicated time: I play a lot of minecraft daily, and have been for a couple of years, or since early beta. It's a very easy task to spend my whole day on minecraft and I feel this would happen here. During the week I can play from around 4:30 till midnight, on weekends it varies, but most likely I'll be around all day. (Eastern US Time Zone)
What you can bring: What you see is what you get. I'll bring a lot of help to the server. I'm a very mature being and love to help others out with just about anything. Even though i'm not applying for builder, i'm pretty decent in that field, along with creating graphics. Lastly, i'm also trying to learn how to develop plugins but haven't made it very far. With a bit more practice i'm sure I could start developing plugins to help the server.
Proof of work: My current server that I own, mentioned above, can be found here (iKanCraft). I have been with this community for a little longer than a year with servers off and on. I currently am running an Attack of the B-Team modded server and am doing my best to make everyone happy while still being able to run a server that's fun for all ages.

Why do you think you should be promoted Admin instead of all other deserving players ?
Here are the reasons why:
Honest - One of my favorite characteristics about myself is being honest. I couldn't lie about anything that would harm the server or it's players.
Responsible - I am responsible. I work hard and thrive to succeed , If you have me do something I do it right away and make sure it's done properly.
Mature - I am mature in behavior. Maturity is important because it shows how professional a person is. Plus , it would be a great example to players.
Good Role Model - I am a 'Good Role Model' to players. I report players who play unfair and disobeys the rules of the server.
-How long can you be active in the server everyday? i can be active for 1-2 hours on Weekdays, but on Weekends i play for about 5-6 hours
-Have you ever been staff on another server? Yes, i have been Mod in a small server, and an Admin in a Medium sized server with 20+ players daily, but the owner didnt have the money to keep the server up.
-You have the commands /kick, /ban, /tempban, and /mute what sort of rules do you think should apply to each of these commands being used?
/kick: When you want to give a warning to someone that did something but not that major.
/ban: When you have warned someone several times for doing something and that person keeps doing it.
/tempban: When someone broke a rule or is just annoying or "trolling" other players on the server.(it works as a warning)
/mute: When someone spams, advertises a server, or just is annoying saying bad things in chat.
-Do you have any experience with any plugins?And if so, what plugins? I have worked alot with: CoreProtect, Essentials, Faction, iConomy, ChestShop, WorldEdit, and other plugins that i cant remember.
-From 1/10, how mature are you? 9 when it comes to serious work and stuff,im friendly, i also get along well with people and can make them have a good time.
