This was my second to last build in Minecraft on the XB1/360 although it's not as expansive as Draven's Manor it took about the same amount of time since I had to carve out the mountain in a way to make a base! I forgot to come update this thread, oops! Episode 20 of ResidentDraven! We still haven't fully explored this mineshaft and there seems to be big branches leading off everywhere! And my first Tutorial! Here's a tutorial on how to build the Skyblock Mob Trap used in ResidentDraven On Skyblock 2.1 series with the cobblestone generator included! This tutorial will examine the most effective way to kill mobs and collect their drops using the limited resources Skyblock has to offer. BCDraven Plays Amnesia: The Great Prison Break! [EP11]
It's decent for a first. I can barely hear the other guy though it's like he's talking into a can or something. You asked about frame rate increase in your vid and yeah I would recommend getting optifine and it should smooth it out more, that's what I use while playing/recording and it does help a lot! I don't know what you use to record but I can see your mac bar at the top and if you use sony vegas (just guessing) to render click on your raw video file and get properties and uncheck maintain aspect ratio and it should fill the screen and cut out the black bars on the side. Yall seem to have some good interaction that should play out well in future videos, but you also seem a little too laid back and almost sedated for long periods that can be a bit boring. I'm not saying go overboard with excitement but at least be aware to liven things up and seem interested in what you are doing or cut those long tedious parts out.
It's pretty good for a first video, the first ones are typically awkward (I know mine was) but you seem comfortable with it already. I didn't see any problem with the audio other than I would recommend turning down the game volume so it doesn't override your commentary. Most people doing let's plays generally put it on 20-30 or so. The video was choppy at certain points. Kinda pixelated for whatever reason. I'm not familiar with dxtory so I don't know if that's the reason or not. You are doing fine so just keep making videos!
