It occurs when you install Mo' bends and Realistic first-person render together, while swimming animation. Looks not realistic... But 3rd person view is normal.
P.S. : First I tried to solve this problem through the mo 'bends menu (G by default). But I could not, because there is not (well, or I did not find, that is more likely) the function to moving part of the body.
