Wait! You mean your Minecraft run faster in high settings while lower settings is laggy? Weird
No not that I run it faster in high settings, its that running it in high settings does not lower my FPS from the thresh-hold (Realistically raising the graphics should nuke me down to lower FPS than what I'm at now. Its not doing that however!). Configuring my settings does nothing to boost or lower my FPS.
Alright, I tried lowering my settings, installing optifine searched up other threads, tried many fixes, asked friends ,watched videos.
None of it worked.
The problem I'm having is my FPS is god-awful low. I don't mean 20 or 30 FPS low, I'm talking 5-10 FPS. Whats odd to me is that I have a high-end computer. Here are the main specs roughly.
Heres the kicker: It doesn't seem to be a problem on my computers capability. As I said above; lowering my settings did not increase my FPS, which is odd. I put my settings at the absolute lowest and still ran at 5-10 FPS. Where stuff gets odd is that increasing my settings didnt drop my FPS either. Running MC "maxed out" did not lower my FPS from a 5-10 threshold. I didn't dip lower into 1-3 FPS territory.
So I'm completely lost here guys. I need some help.
And yes I tried reinstalling and do have the latest version of Java.
Honestly yea, a PvP system for the turrets would be awesome. Keep thieves out of your house! How I see this is on the little turret monitor/laptop there's an option for certain turrets to target players. And if you got trusted buddies on the server, have there be a little buddy system that applies to all turrets in PvP where you add the player to the list and they don't get targeted.
Yea, I'm having the same problem as ghostfightr. I had a bunch of mod's installed using the latest minecraft forge. The 1.6.4 Ultra optifine C6. Dropped it in the mods folder as said on the installation, open up minecraft, hit play, and nothing. Nothing pop's up, not even a crash log. It's as if the play button just closes the minecraft launcher. Any fix's for this? Optifine made my minecraft run at god tier speeds.
Why does EVERYBODY Keep asking about this updating just wait till its done!
To be honest last time I checked this mod out. Was 2 months ago. I check here and there to see if it updates and it still here. I can wait for it and I know he has about 4 other popular mods on the waiting list but still. I wonder how long it would take to code it to be compatible on 1.6.2. If I were him (Then he'd be me... PARADOX) i'd just focus on one mod at a time (Assuming hes tackling them all at different angles like a boss) As I said, I can wait as long as it calls for but this has been pondering on my mind for a spell.
Atomic. Jesus your mods are beautiful! Minion mod. Love it to death. The Dynamic Lights. Is dynamically beautiful. And the pet bat mod is a...

But I would love to see a mod similar to the minion mod, but with something that will fight for you. (I know you have the pet bat one but those are like wolve's) Like some sort of turret builder mod, or a little Offensive Minions mod with knights, archer, mage. Whatever your mind seems to conjure up.
I'm going to love this mod when it updates. c: Also, turrets can ride in minecarts?! If thats the case I can have the turret patrol an area, and have flaming turrets instead stationary on the front lines; revolve around them! Running and gunning has always been a good idea!!!111!11!!ONE
EDIT: Another thing, an idea for a turret I literally just had, would be a Tesla turret!!!! (Confetti!) it would run on glowstone and glowstone blocks and shoots electricity that would damage a single mob, and if there's another mob in about 5-10 blocks range of the mob the turret shot at; the charge will link or bounce to that one too. (Like a chain reaction thing) And so on and so forth. (Max target link would be 4-5)
If you approve of this, I would feel. Like a pie.
Looking for modder's if they are interested in creating this.
Something I'd been thinking of cause I love the little dogs in minecraft. Is a mod where you are able to enchant them. No, not as you stuff them on the enchanting table; you craft a collar which you put on an enchanting table, choose the level enchants you want for it and bam. It gets that particle effect and you're good. To apply it to a dog you simply right-click it with the collar out and it gets the effects, and the dogs original collar will not disappear but it will get the little enchant particle effect. Even if its been dye'd.
The Enchants they could gain are:
Lust: Levels 1-4 Increases the dog's overall damage
Haste: Levels 1-2 Increases the dog's speed, and pounce (When dogs attack they jump towards the enemy like spiders, this will let them "Pounce" enemy's from further distances, pretty much the range they strike and speed of strike. Level 2 lets them pounce an enemy one block higher.)
Scavenge: 1 Dog gains a random amount of health on kill. (2-8)
The collar's will be like books and other enchanted items; they won't stack, and you can upgrade the levels higher if they are the same (I don't know why i'm doing this but: Lust 2 + Lust 2 = Lust 3)
This may not be over powered because remember how expendable dogs are, if you aren't careful you can get them killed easily. But then, if they are that expendable why would you waste EXP to enchant them! If you know how to use them effectively to keep them alive and dish out damage, they can be a big help and survive longer than you think!
Idk but that's some little thing I've thought on for awhile. If there's some modders out there that would like to take this into work i'd love to see that..
(Has no coding/modding experience. :c)
I would love some feedback btw.
