    The people have spoken.

The cacti and sandstone are saved. With this version of the Desert Nether Mod your deserts are safe and your Plains biome will be converted into a Nether biome.

    Hello everyone,

I have learnt lots of redstone tricks from the community and I would like to give back. If you are making a redstone creation in Minecraft and are at a loss for how to do it, or a section of it, post it here and I may be able to help. Make sure to leave a world download. :)

    Hi Oliver,

    Age: 14
    IGN: AltitudeCow

My experience with redstone is hard to sum up. I have built a partial calculator that can add and multiply numbers, I build a 12 digit; 9 possible inputs permutation lock. Also I have built 6x6 doors and other fun stuff. The two things I think I excel at most are combining more aspects of Minecraft into my redstone (pistons, boats, etc.) and making compact creations. I hope to hear back from you. :)

Cool, make it rare because I dont want ghasts ruining my garden, I am near a desert biome, will it change my biome to netherdesert:?

You will have the ghasts, lava cubes and pigmen spawn, but the sand and sandstone will not change to netherrack.

That's awesome. How about this though
There's a 1 in 3 chance or something that a Desert will be a Nether Desert. Otherwise, pretty awesome.
People love their sand and sandstone, and Cacti are very useful for grinders and traps and whatnot.

That sounds pretty cool, I think I'm going to make a whole new nether biome as opposed to replacing the desert.

This mod changes the desert biome generation, creating a Nether like area, complete with Ghasts, Pigmen and Lava Cubes.

This is my first mod, therefore any feedback would be appreciated.
