Anthem is a community of Minecraft players which offers a variety of servers to fit whatever your looking for!
Hardcore World: This world is equipped with a few plugins to enhance your experience, plugins like MCMMO for example. We also have another plugin which changes the spawn to a random location once a certain number of players has been reached, so people arent spawning in the same location and being put at a disadvantage (since all the ores are gone). The only rule here is no hacks, other than that you are free to pillage as you please. There is NO RANKS in this world (not even Ops!). This is to prevent power abuse.
Tekkit World: This who have played minecraft tekkit will know exactly what this is but for those who havent, Tekkit is another form of minecraft where you have both technology and magic (or Equivalent Exchange for the more educated). The technology in Tekkit allows you to do things like double your ores, and EE lets you turn cobble into stone. At this point in time, there is no banned items on our Tekkit server but we would prefer it if you didnt craft griefing tools.
Survival World: This is the traditional Minecraft world where you create, survive and explore with your friends. The survival world is not yet operational, were still setting up the plugins, however when it is up it will be a completely fresh world for anyone to build in. This is not a PvP world, and griefing will earn you a ban.
Our chain of command at Anthem is fairly simple, the colour of the rank corresponds to the colour of the player's username in the server.
Leader: The Leader of Anthem is in charge of every aspect of Anthem, and moderates everything Anthem related.
Operator: There are only 3 Ops in Anthem:
Moderator Captain: This Operator is in charge of recruiting and managing the Elites and moderators.
Server Captain: This Operator handles all things server related including plugins, bugs and major world alterations.
Social Captain: This Operator handles all social aspects of Anthem, including recruitment and member appreciation.
Elite: The Elites are the Ops most trusted players, and have access to a wide variety of commands. The Elites are here to take some of the load off of the Ops and help admin the servers. The Elites cannot spawn items, cannot rank above Superbuilder, cannot access creative mode and cannot use worldedit.
Moderator: The Moderators have kick/ban/jail powers, and are REQUIRED to log all their bans. This is to ensure that if you are banned, you can find out why, and this also means that you have the power to appeal a ban via the forums on our site. If you have a problem on the server, you can go to a Moderator for help. Moderators cannot rank people at all.
Superbuilder: Superbuilders are the same as normal builders, only they have shown their ability to craft something that impresses one of the Ops. They are consideres members of Anthem, and they have access to our creative world.
Builder: Builders are considered guests to Anthem. Builders have access to simple commands such as /sethome. Builders are allowed to play on the Survival world, and are also allowed to visit the Creative world but cannot build there.
If you play on our server, you will be considered a builder until you have shown your creative abilites. In all, our servers aren't about strict rules. We are about having fun with friends. That's all. Minecraft should be fun, but we also know about admin abuse, and our Operators and Elites keep strict rules in place for our Moderators. They have their own rules to follow, and guidelines to abide by. If you ever have any problems with our admins, you can report them. Thanks and we hope to see you in Anthem! Be sure to check out our website for the IPs and to stay updated with Anthem news!

On our server, nothings restricted to donators and never will be! We have a group of elite moderators and moderators to keep your experience on our server running smoothly.Posted in: PC Servers
We have various plugins such as permissions, logblock, mobarena and multiworld.
We have a survival, creative and hardcore world.
Survival: Basic minecraft, build and live with your friends!
Creative: Restricted to superbuilders (obtained by having a build approved in survival) and above. Create anything with unlimited resources at your fingertips. The sky is the limit!
Hardcore: No rules whatsoever, kill anything you see or try to build society. The choice is yours!

Sorry for the screenshots being posted like this but I kept getting "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community."
Jan 28, 2012Got this pack and loved it from the very beginning. When i tried to go back to other texture packs i simply couldn't! This is the greatest texture pack available imo. You clearly put a lot of time and effort into making this. Pls don't ever stop updating it :biggrin.gif:Posted in: Resource Packs

Jan 24, 2012This EXACT SAME THING happened to me today! It was working fine yesterday, only thing i did was a virus scan, which found/removed nothing.Posted in: Legacy Support
I've found a few forum posts saying that setting the system clock to the correct time fixes it, but my clock is already set to the correct time so I'm stuck. I added exceptions into the firewall (even though i didn't have to when i first got the game) but it didn't seem to do anything. Someone pls help us!

ok, i hacked my way through all the buildings (because i personally have minecraft water), and i found out that this is kind of a small map. i would recommend going to an actual mine craft ocean and building a nice town there or something. i like the concept though!
That would be good, but the problem i have with minecraft oceans is their far too small. Thats why i made this hole to put everything in, otherwise things like the tree dome would be above the surface.
Oct 24, 2011So i made a survival map....Posted in: Maps
Please give me feedback! I want to improve in my map-making skills!
Rules: Stay in the hole, play on easy/normal.
Challenges: Rebuild the connections between each of the rooms
Build a mob-trap
Build a wooden house underwater (not inside a wall)
Find the diamonds in the mine =D
Have fun surviving!
