I recently got bit by the nostalgia bug and now im itching to grow a community through a Minecraft server, although it wont be a typical minigame/gamemode/hub server. Im looking for a 'down to the roots' almost commandless experience of survival minecraft with towny and 'unique' mobs. Im going to be honest its going to probably be turning a profit with my current skillset, but thats where you come in.
This is what im looking for:
Staff Members:
These people are in charge of the positive livelihood of the server, smoothly resolving any disputes and drama that players might intentionally or unintentionally get themselves into. You have to enjoy the game too, players enjoy interacting with people of power.
Marketers:
This was my downfall when I was a previous server owner 6 years ago, I reached a peak of 10-15 players and I had no idea how to grow from there. Working off the small but generous donations of my community, I pretty much squandered it, I had no idea what I was doing. But many of you do, you have the resources, the people and the direction to push for a successful server. You are in charge of letting the word spread in a positive direction.
SYSAdmins:
Sometimes, things explode, plugins don't work, server starts to lag. I have a fair bit of experience, but there's always someone that knows more and has more experience than me. You are in charge of the player experience on the backend of things.
Now lets talk about what you're (probably) looking for:
Money/Profits
This is a paid venture. All I want is a server of people that are tight-knit, fun to play with, and loyal to the server. Besides the server bill, development costs, and occasional snack/coffee from donation money, the rest of it will be split with the Staff team.
I myself have enough money to start this project, being with the military, i earn a livable wage biweekly. If there's something the staff team needs, I can make it appear.
A hard working Owner who isn't an asshole

From my basic knowlege, optifine messed up somewhere, its missing files. My course of action is to reinstall optifine.
