Are you a good mod? If so tell me why? I have been playing minecraft and working on servers for 5 years now and have gained a whole lot of experience and knowledge. Recently had to buy a new account cause mojang straight up deleted my old account for some reason. I contribute the most when I am able to make decisions and not have to wait for staff members who are higher up. That is why I usually work most as an Administrator. I am able to work seriously but I love to goof off and have a good time with the players. I am 17 as of now and I am mature enough to make executive decisions, if i am given the power to do so.
What's the difference between a mod and a admin? To me, a moderator is an important staff member who spends their time on the server and on the server's forums moderating the players, keeping everyone happy and dealing with small issues. An Administrator is someone who deals with problems that Moderators can't deal with, keeping the server and forums running smoothly and handles the staff members below them.
What are you good at? Like I said above, I prefer to work in the administration because I find it's what i'm good at. I have no problem working with important issues and making serious decisions without needing 5 different approvals first. I still love to work with regular players and have a good time playing on the server. I'm not much good at building or developing plugins although.

I've worked as pretty much every rank imaginable. On one server I went from a simple player to a head admin over the course of 6 months and really refined my people skills. I'd say my best work was on a server as Head-Admin where I was in charge of hiring Admins, Moderators and Helpers. I was also in charge of my admin team, making sure they worked well and responsibly. Also if any admin/moderator couldn't handle a situation or didn't know what to do, I stepped in and resolved it. So over my 5 (and a half?) years of playing Minecraft i'd say i've gained more than enough experience as a member of staff.
7.) *Have you ever managed a server / network before? Personally, I've never owned a functioning server. I have tried but it wasn't my thing. I'm definitely no Developer, but I am (not to be modest) a great Administrator.

I am currently a mod on another server but am probably resigning soon due to the rest of the staff acting like children. I'm looking to apply for a head rank (i.e head-admin, head-mod) because I have quite a lot of experience in controlling people if they get out of hand and fixing problems between people and others. I would also like to apply for back-up staff manager since i have some experience with choosing staff and dealing with them.
