I used Paypal (which bills my credit card) and it automatically emails me a receipt of purchase, so last night I went ahead and emailed [email protected] explaining what was up (and forwarded the original purchase email as well). I haven't heard back from them yet but I will update when I do.
I have this exact same problem and I'm not sure who or how to contact somebody to help me with it. I bought the game during Alpha (September 30th, 2010; beta released December 2010). I never really got into it but I loved the idea that I could just come back to it at any point and be able to play it but after downloading the launcher and trying to log in it says "User Not Premium".
Hakun, if you have any luck at all (or find out how to get this fixed--or if it even can be fixed) I'd love to hear about it.
