INFAMOUS 2, okay so the game starts off, and your on a dock and there is this huge comet thingy and it lands into a statue that looks retarded. So then you say: "OH NOOOOOO THE THINGY HAS COME!" And you kill the thingy with your electric powers! And it kills you, again, because its still alive. A COUPLE HOURS LATER you arrive into this ghetto city that has these gangs trying to kill you, also there are super mutants and ice freaks but they don't matter. So half way through the game you find out that there is this ball shaped thingy that is suppose to kill super power mutants, or something like that and can be use to kill the thingy. So then in the end, you use the ball shaped thingy and you kill everyone who has super powers in the world, including yourself. Then it ends with you dead on a boat, and your best friend right next to you, and a lighting bolt hits you, and you might be alive in the 3rd game. 100/10 best game ever.
I've just been thinking about Fallout 4 because I just started a new game in Fallout 3. I'm just wondering what new perks can be added, just list some thoughts about perks you think should or might be added to the game.
I know my Intel graphics card sucks, I was thinking of buying this one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125412) and replacing it, but considering the possibility of having to build/buy a COMPLETELY new computer, I'm not 100% sure. Like I said I'm a complete Dumb ass when it comes to video cards and computer specs.
It looks like a desktop to me, but I could be wrong. If your computer is a slim form factor, don't even bother upgrading. If it is a mid tower computer, then upgrading the graphics card will work. If your computer is a laptop though you will need a new computer. All that being said, you should honestly just get a new computer. That processor will be a huge bottleneck even with a new graphics card.

I am having a problem with Fallout 3, when I press New game, it crashes. I have it on steam, not in a disc. I have a feeling that maybe I need just an upgrade to my video card, I just want to make sure, and if so, can anyone send me their most recommended one? I just want to play on low - medium the most.

The 3DS is a small, tiny, handheld ment for on the GO. I have, and like the 3DS, the 3D vision can make my eyes hurt a bit, but the games on it are great.
Consoles suck in my opinion. If you absolutely have to get one, Then get dark/demon souls, which are the only games worth playing that's not released on PC.
I'd prefer a gaming computer then a console, but consoles are much cheaper. Some gaming computers can go to maybe 300 - 600 dollar range for a good one? I dunno, not exactly a pro at this. Dark/demon souls I have to agree are good games, hard as hell, but keeps you addicted.

To anyone who sees this, I am a kid who has a lot of free time on his hand and has been dieing to make a texture pack for minecraft for a while now. Only problem is that I don't have any ideas on where to start. I thought of a Skyrim Pack but there are too many out there already. Please help with ideas for a new original texture pack!

Considering I don't like CoD as much, I won't let my personal opinions affect this: CoD Elite is worth it if you like recording your stats, and competing and such,DLC is fine too. If your gonna use it for just DLC, then, well its kinda not worth it. Paying... what 40$? For DLC? Extra maps cost about 10$ each, and probably only 3 will be released, and maybe some of those maps could be reused from MW2. So its your choice. If you can, buy each map pack separately, which probably won't happen :sad.gif:
