    I've been trying to figure this out to... however for me, its always when i log on with fast and then change to fancy that it does so. And also only when I use shaders

    Been using Sonic Esthers shaderpack and getting the same issue. Tried with optifine and still no improvement.

    posted a message on Dayz Bukkit plugin looking for an owner!
    Hey guys, I made a dayz plugin for a bukkit server, but I haven't found anyone interested! The plugin contains a custom config where you can add more custom items, guns, ect. There are crates that spawn loot of different rarities, and they respawn automatically based on a timer you set.

    If this sounds like something youre interested in, contact me on skype: minecraft04hockey

    The game looks great. I don't know what the heck he's talking about. What competition did you submit the game to?

    It was a state-wide competition for STEM categories with highschool students. The winner from each district gets their name in the Capital building.

    Not bad at all! Very good for someone your age in Java. Are you planning to pursue comp sci in college?

    Ew, that looks like a old MS paint game A bad game maker game...made with game maker

    Wasn't made to look beautiful. This was all programmed from scratch in Java so, don't know what you're complaining about.

    Quote from iloveportalz0r

    Bukkit? The server software is not important. Yes, the server sends chat information to players, but it does not perform any drawing. That is all handled by the client.

    I modified three classes:

    GuiTextField:

    I deleted the "final" modifier from xPos, yPos, width, and height. I then added a new method:
    public void setPositionAndSize(int x, int y, int w, int h)
    {
    this.xPos = x;
    this.yPos = y;
    this.width = w;
    this.height = h;
    }

    GuiChat:
    I added these fields:
    private boolean dragging = false;
    public static int pos_x1;
    public static int pos_y1;
    public static int pos_x2;
    public static int pos_y2;
    public static int screenWidth;
    public static int screenHeight;

    private static boolean firstInit = true;
    private static File positionFile;

    I added this to the beginning of initGui():
    if(firstInit)
    {
    positionFile = new File(Minecraft.getMinecraft().mcDataDir, "config/MovableChat.txt");
    if(!positionFile.getParentFile().isDirectory())
    {
    positionFile.getParentFile().mkdirs();
    }

    if(!this.loadPosition())
    {
    pos_x1 = 2;
    pos_y1 = this.height - 14;
    pos_y2 = this.height - 2;
    }
    pos_x2 = this.width - 2;
    firstInit = false;
    }

    screenWidth = this.width;
    screenHeight = this.height;

    I added these methods:
    private boolean loadPosition()
    {
    if(!positionFile.exists())
    {
    return false;
    }

    try
    {
    BufferedReader br = new BufferedReader(new FileReader(positionFile));
    pos_x1 = Integer.parseInt(br.readLine());
    pos_y2 = Integer.parseInt(br.readLine());
    pos_y1 = pos_y2 - 12;
    br.close();
    return true;
    }
    catch(Exception e)
    {
    System.err.println("Error reading GuiChat position");
    e.printStackTrace();
    return false;
    }
    }

    private void savePosition()
    {
    PrintWriter pw;
    try
    {
    pw = new PrintWriter(new FileWriter(positionFile));
    }
    catch(IOException e)
    {
    System.err.println("Error opening file to save GuiChat position");
    e.printStackTrace();
    return;
    }
    pw.println(pos_x1);
    pw.println(pos_y2);
    pw.close();
    }

    protected void mouseMovedOrUp(int x, int y, int mouseButton)
    {
    if(this.dragging)
    {
    this.dragging = false;
    this.savePosition();
    }
    }

    I added this to the end of mouseClicked(int x, int y, int mouseButton):
    if(mouseButton == 1) // right click
    {
    this.dragging = true;
    }

    Finally, I changed the beginning of drawScreen(int mouseX, int mouseY, float par3) from this:
    drawRect(2, this.height - 14, this.width - 2, this.height - 2, Integer.MIN_VALUE);
    this.inputField.drawTextBox();

    to this:
    if(this.dragging)
    {
    pos_x1 = mouseX;
    pos_y1 = mouseY - 12;
    pos_y2 = mouseY;
    }

    drawRect(pos_x1, pos_y1, pos_x2, pos_y2, Integer.MIN_VALUE);
    this.inputField.setPositionAndSize(pos_x1 + 2, pos_y1 + 2, pos_x2 - pos_x1 - 2, 12);
    this.inputField.drawTextBox();

    GuiNewChat:

    In the method named "func_146230_a" in the MCP for 1.7.2, I changed this:
    byte var15 = 0;
    int var16 = -var9 * 9;

    to this:
    int var15 = GuiChat.pos_x1 - 2;
    int var16 = -var9 * 9 + GuiChat.pos_y1 - GuiChat.screenHeight + 14;

    var15 is drawX1; var16 is drawY2;

    Thanks. I really haven't learned about client modification yet as I've only been working with servers and asking everyone to install a client mod isn't very effective.

    I made it save the position. v3 has been added to my post. I don't know about Forge compatibility, though. I'll see what I can do with it.

    Hey, I'm a programmer and I'm really actually puzzled how you did this in bukkit.

    Could I possibly see your source code or have an explanation?
