Hello, I'm Skytech, my Minecraft username is Ski_, my Twitter: Skytech98, I'm an Spanish user, I speak Spanish (obviously) and also some English, so, if I make a mistake writting this paragraph, sorry. ^^"
Whatever, I'm going to show you my resource pack, I've working on it since December, it have 16px16p resolution, smooth textures, it don't have black borders on some items that have it in normal textures, it's based on the Plast Pack, the inventories are transparent... yeah, it's a PvP resourcepack, I'll continue, my resource pack also has an custom sky, it make my resource pack so beautiful and kawaii and añnfkdntsj I really love it.
There's two versions of my resource pack, PvP and Survival, PvP version has fullbright, potency indicator on the bow, when you put a pumpkin on your head, there's no vignette texture, I mean, your vision it's totally clear.
Survival version has custom ilumination, there's no bow potency indicator, and the pumpkin on your head makes your vision some difficult, but not impossible. It's better than the original pumpkin texture I think.
Well, I just can post 5 images. So, if this post be supported, I will post more screenshots.
Just remember that any textures that you did not make yourself you need permission from the ORIGINAL creator of those textures. For a lot of those images, I'm guessing that's Mojang since they're either default or very obviously altered from default.
I make this resource pack by myself, and yeah, that are the original textures of Minecraft, but very very modificated. The custom sky it's the only texture I don't make by myself, but also it's a little bit edited by me. It's that a problem? Anyway I need the permission from the creator? (Halcyon Days Resource pack)

Yes, anything that you didn't create yourself if it's at all recognizable as the original requires that you have permission from the original creator.
