Stone Button Stone
Used to send an electrical charge by being pressed. Stays activated for approximately 1 second before shutting off again.
Redstone Torch Redstone Dust + Stick
Constantly sends an electrical charge. Can also be used for low-level lighting.
Lever Cobblestone + Stick
Used to send an electrical charge by being turned on or off. Stays in on or off state until clicked.
Note Block Wooden Planks + Redstone Dust
Plays a note when triggered. Right click it to change the pitch of the note. Placing this on top of different blocks changes its timbre (the type of instrument).
Jukebox Wooden Planks + Diamond Gem
Plays records.
Dispenser Cobblestone + Redstone Dust + Bow
The Dispenser holds a 3x3 storage square. When the Dispenser is powered by redstone, it will shoot out the items in random order. If arrows, snowballs, or eggs were to be dispensed, they are fired instead.
Redstone Repeater Stone + Redstone Dust + Redstone Torch
Used in redstone circuits as repeater, a delayer, and/or a diode.
