Alright, so I was playing SMP, and all of a sudden some says to hit F5 (for third person view), so we do and find everyone is wearing a cape (with a Christmas tree on them). Has this happened to anyone else?

Yeah EVERYONE has one, it was implanted in the Christmas update.
