In the launcher, click on settings then enable "Open output log when the game starts" and post the result. Only thing I can suggest right now is to be sure your video card drivers are up to date.

Yeah, nothing really useful there, click the debugs button and wait for it to load, then copy the whole thing and put it on pastebin.com, that might have some useful info, or at least let us know at what point it stops loading.
Did you update your video drivers? You can also try re-installing Minecraft from scratch, delete everything except your world saves and resource packs and start fresh.

Ok, so I updated the video drivers but it didn't do anything. And before re-installing Minecraft, I'd like to know why it stopped working. If it's ok with you, I copy the entire debug, and I'd like you to check it if you find anything.
Huh, I looked at a log file of my install and it looks like yours stops just before a line called setting user. Are you logged in correctly? The only thing I can think is it's trying to get your user name or something and it can't or something is blocking it like an anti-virus or firewall, so it sits there waiting for a response from something on the internet and it never gets there so you just get a black screen as it waits. Be sure Javaw.exe, the one you are using, is allowed through your firewall and anti-virus programs. That's just a guess though.

It depends on how you have it installed. Uninstall the application from the control panel, and be sure to delete the folder if it leaves anything behind. There's also the .minecraft folder in the appdata folder, that's harder to find, but delete it and backup any world saves you have. But I think it's a login issue.

For the login issue, I've tried to re-connect but it didn't change anything. I tried to completely de-activate the firewall and it's always the same result,
the last line in the log is "Installing versions". Is there anything I can try for the login issue you think could be the problem?
Hello, since the last update of Windows, I can't start Minecraft.
The Minecraft launcher start, but when I click on play, I only get a blank screen.
I'm on Win 10.
Thank you for your help!
Going to need a DxDiag report, see this on how to get one

Well, I think I will re-install Minecraft. Do I just need to re-install the application Minecraft or is there other applications I have to re-install?
Is it complicated to re-download Minecraft?
Thank you!

That's what I did, with the option of auto-detect.
Yeah, sorry, I have no other ideas.
