so today, i went to my grandparent's house after school (like usual) and i decided to play minecraft, like usual. i boot up minecraft and everything is seemingly fine, but when i click on a server, it crashes. i tried to allocate some data but that didn't seem to help any. can i have some assistance? anything will be helpful.

UPDATE: this happens even when simply trying to load a world. i'm basically restricted from all minecraft gameplay whatsoever. i've restarted the client several times and nothing seems to be changing. i've never modded this specific client, and i don't know what's wrong.
So I posted this earlier.....and it was deleted (gee thanks).
I had already read your FAQ's before posted and they didn't help at all.
But my 8 year old is also having this exact same problem and we have verified java, date, time, as well as the VBO and Vsync. We have restarted multiple times.
It worked fine yesterday and now is just frustrating........
gotcha....wasn't trying to hijack.....was commiserating that we were having the same problem, and hoping to follow along, so the same problem could be solved at one time vs creating multiple threads for the same exact problem.
