I have tried nearly everything. And in fact i will list the things that i have done to make sure i don't get any annoying comments.
I have Downloaded x64, and x36 bit javas. And reinstalled them.
I have allocated different amounts of ram, anywhere from 1-4 gigs.
Obviously i have reinstalled Minecraft.
I have tried ever single performance-increasing mod out there. Mostly Optifine.
I have gone into BIOS and changes many settings, to try and get the best out of it.
I factory reset my computer once.
I bought more RAM and inserted it into my computer, even.
I would go on listing, but i find responding from comments easier at this point.
I've read pretty much every lag issue someone brought up on this forum, and none of them helped.
Of course i've ran virus scans, and such.
I run 2-10 FPS.
Please help, and as soon as possible. I know it's a brain teaser.

Its not terrible, but not sufficient for minecraft. Sorry, but that computer is just too slow to run minecraft very well.
However, you may be able to benefit from running 1.7.10 and the mod fastcraft, as this can provide massive FPS benefits, especially if combined with optifine.
Your processor is trash. An Intel Celeron is NOT good. Its the weakest Intel cpu. Whoever told you that its good, its not. Youre able to run those other games because they arent that demanding. Minecraft is very CPU intensive and I get 60 fps with 128x textures and Shaders with an i3 and gtx 960. This is a good pc.

Nevillion, your computer just isn't good for minecraft. Minecraft is hugely dependent on the processor, which is very poor in your system. Dota 2 is extremely resource light in comparison to minecraft, especially in the CPU department, so even if it performs well with dota it is massively lacking for minecraft.

It's quite a nice computer for what i'm doing.
Want me to send you a screenshot of 60fps Dota 2?
And to you, would you like me to send you a link of a screenshot of 60FPS Dota 2?
I knew this forum would contain nothin but people who don't understand.
