How do you do that? It is a HP PAVILLION SLIMLINE.
You have to open up your computer, and look where you plug in your power cable to it to power the computer, that is your psu. Look at it and their should be a sticker on it, look at it and their should be a number with a "w" after it. That is the watts of the psu. Then, where the page is about the graphics card, look how much it requires, you psu needs to be above the graphics card requirement in order for everything to run smoothly. Your psu is the Power Supply, if that helps you
I would go with a gtx 750 then. You will need to open the computer up, but it is really easy. The 750 requires no cables to be pluged in. You just open the case, locate your pcie-16x slot, take off the pci bracket on the back of your pc, and shove the card into the pcie slot like it is toast going into a toaster.
That probably did not help much. Google it, just be careful. Since your pc is pre-built, it has not that much wattage. A gtx 750 is $120. The way graphics cards are named on NVIDIA's side is with 3 digits. The first one, is the generation of cards. For the 750, it would be a 7th generation card. Their is no 8th generation for NVIDIA. Keep in mind, newer generations are more powerful, usually. The next number represents the how powerful it is in the generation. A five, is stronger that a four, but weaker than a 6. The last number is usually just a 0. AMD graghics cards are different. They use and "R" in-front of their letters. A R7 is a mid tear card, while an R9 is high end. R5 is low end. The rest is similar to NVIDIA, but their might be a 5 instead of a 0 for the last number. That means the card is newer and sometimes better.
This was a very simple explanation, Buying computer parts is difficult for people who do not understand it. Their are some things I left out in my explication, but someone will properly correct me.
Ok. I've come to make a decision to buy a new gaming PC.
Can you help me with a build?
BUDGET RANGE: $1000-$2100
For the Graphics card, a GTX TITAN X can be added. I would need a website to put these specs on, and let them build it, since I do not know how to. Please send me a custom build and website to do this at. I would also want to know how much FPS this will go up to for Minecraft servers. Thank you.

Wow, that's a lot of money. A Gtx Titan X is about $1000. However, they have a GTX 980ti is $650 and very similar performance, sometimes even better. It is overkill for just minecraft, unless you are playing at 5k or something. I'm not very good at prebuilt computer, but here is one website. http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Intel-X99-Core-i7-Configurator, just add a GTX 980 ti or something.
If I were you, I would make another tread in the Computer Buying section of this form, located in the Off topic. My computer cost around $800, keep in mind I do animations, can handle Minecraft at 60fps at highest settings. However my computer is not the best for other games. If there's anything else you would do with that computer, such as recording and video editing, other games, modded skyrim/fallout, 3D rendering, ect, put it in your new thread. Most Computers are not one size fits all, and the ones that are, are overkill for general gaming.

I would do that, but isn't minecraft a CPU game? Can you give me some specific specs for the build?

I will not fit. You need a low profile card. Their are low profile 750's, but something like this will work regardless of the power,
http://www.amazon.com/PNY-GeForce-Graphics-Cards-VCGGT7201D3LXPB/dp/B00MNGI8QW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1436285506&sr=8-1&keywords=gtx 720 low profile
I should work with most computers. If you can find the wattage, that would be nice but this should work.

That's debatable, but most decent CPU's today can handle minecraft. I would really ask the Computer Hardware form, they are better at this than I am.
