I hope you can help me with my problem because it is driving me nuts...
I have a Fritzbox 7360 and want to set up a small Minecraft Server for me and my friends to play on.
So I went on and opened the ports in the interface of the Fritzbox
Port: 25565 to Port 25565
TCP
Local IP (to make my Fritzbox know that incoming signals should be forwarded to my PC)
Same thing done with UDP Protocoll.
Fritzbox said the ports are open. (I even opened them in IPv6 because of sheer despair (might IPv6 have to do something with it?)
I also opened the Ports in my Windows Firewall (incoming and outgoing... I know I dont have to do outgoing but I did it anyway!)
And now if I go on a portcheck site like canyouseeme.org it tells me the port is not opened! I can't reach the server and nothing works.
I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit if this helps.

Help is MUCH appreciated!!!
announce-player-achievements=true
server-port=25565 you are going to want to leave that empty. don't have a port in it
level-type=DEFAULT
this can be found in the server.properties file
The Server was online during the port test, I tested it both. Online and offline. Port is always closed
Tried that..... does not help.
