Okay, so I have been running a Minecraft_Server.exe for a while. But when I found out about Bukkit I tried to set one up. Using the official Minecraft server software everything works just fine. I connect it to my Hamachi network and me and my friends can play. But when I switched to Bukkit, I set everything up and I THOUGHT it worked fine. All my plugins worked. I could connect just fine. But nobody else could. Even when I set online mode to false and yadda yadda yadda. It just says the same thing it would say if the server was off. What did I do wrong?

SOLVED!!!!!! Just go to the start menu, type in Windows Firewall, then click "Allow a program through windows firewall" then click on "Change Settings" or something up above the checklist. Then scroll down and find Java. There should be more than one. CHECK ALL OF THE BOXES FOR JAVA.

Firewall blocking Java. Wow. Change your Windows Firewall to something else like Comodo Firewall, much more secure too (since people will constantly try to find zero-day exploits in Windows products).
Also, change your server-ip= to this:
server-ip=
Glad you got it solved though. In future, portforward!
STILL DOESNT WORK GODDAMMIT!
I tried EVERYTHING, and nothing works
Banging my head at the wall of frustration again, and got unconcious twice
Somebody help me, I'm completely freaking out.

Okay, I'm not sure if this is the reply button... just because I haven't used Minecraft Forum in forever, but... whatever (no rhyme meant, lol). Here's the things I suggest:
1. Make 100% SURE in the server.properties file, online is TRUE
2. Just an FYI about this one, it does NOT apply to normal servers/normal Bukkit servers, but whatever. Also make 100% sure the IP for your Hamachi network thing is in where it says "server-ip" or something like that (on normal servers/Bukkit servers, make sure it's deleted)
3. Make sure you have internet and whoever is trying to connect has internet, although you and the person/people trying to join probably have internet.
4. Make sure Java has ALL acess (I don't know if I spelled that right, but I think you know what I mean) through any firewalls or anything like that.
5. At this point, at least YOU should be able to connect, but if your friends can't, something must be wrong with how you set up your server or something like that, I have no more suggestions for you, if these suggestions work, please tell me, if they don't, also please tell me, I'll be happy to help you!

I have not used this in years. If you cringe at my comments, keep in mind I was about 9 when I made most of them :^)
Thank you for helping me
