I've searched over google and found something about a command "/cpassword" and "/lwc" but I tried this and nothing happened. I'm using the minecraft server software provided by Notch at minecraft.net. All I really want is to find a way for players to "lock" their chests so that they are the only ones who can open them. (Although the "/cpassword" command looks appealing it'd allow other players to lock other peoples chests. <.<) If anyone has a solution please let me know.

Just as an FYI, the /lwc and /cpassword commands are part of the LWC plugin. I believe with that plugin when a user creates a chest it automatically locks it for that person.
Edit - Boy jefe, you're all over the place, I just quoted one of your posts...weird haha.
I need something I can use with the server software, either that or I'll have to set up bukkit, which I've never used. Plus I don't know how to use it with Hamachi.
Sorry, the only way I know of how to lock chests involves Bukkit. If you don't want to use Bukkit, I think Canary is still kicking around and it has a version of LWC IIRC
thanks. I'm trying bukkit now, but for some reason it wont open. I'll google, and if I find nothing I'll come back here. :smile.gif: thanks for your help guys.
Okay, I don't know if you'll be able to help me but I got this error

I have no clue what's going on. :/
EDIT: I went to the craftbukkit forums and got this resolved by using a batch file to open bukkit. Thanks for all your help guys! (and/or girls)!
