OK i fixed mine, after alot of messing around (which probly wasn't a good idea lol) i renamed it (AGAIN) to the same name that the error was telling me it couldn't access and it worked.... i have no clue how though lol i hope this helps other people with the same error.
I had the same problem but it seemed like changing the "craftbukkit.jar" to just "craftbukkit". Thanks Haunted
